Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the week and I couldn't fault the hotel at all!

The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of choice with food- every meal we had was nice.

The rooms are huge and there is plenty of room in them!

We also went in the spa and gym which were very clean and the spa is lovely and good value for money at 5 euros!

The italian restaurant within the hotel was really nice and you get one night in there with a 3 course meal.

I'm not sure how anyone can complain about this hotel- i think its the best one on the island and we are thinking of going back again next year! :)

Agree with other comments. Definitely need an alternative bar area for adults to enjoy a relaxing drink without children singing etc. with the animation team. Last night there were 2 children being entertained by 6 members of the animation team!!! It was excrutiating. Don't know why the children cannot be entertained in the vast areas that are unused during the evening ie by the pool bar. Please can the management look at this. This is our 3rd night and am no looking forward to drinks at the bar. It would be lovely if they had light entertainment in the bar area so adults can sit , chat and enjoy. The other alternative is to take your drinks into the lobby area, but there is no waiter service in this area. Only a small complaint but valid.
Staff are very friendly and hotel on whole is very good.
Just a note about the airport if you are disabled or with buggys, there are two long ramps to get to the coaches and no help to get you there. We had to ask a Thomas Cook rep to help us , 4 had already passed us and not offered to help, this one did rather reluctantly. (We had booked with Thomas Cook, ) they want you to mark them as excellent, they need to be excellent.

Room Tip: Definitely book a sea view

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and absolutely loved it!
All staff friendly and always say hello :-)

A special thank you to the lovely staff on reception who were amazing when I needed medical assistance by calling the doctor and then making a point of asking if I was ok afterwards and that if I needed anything just ask, Amazing customer service so big thumbs up :-)

Food was great always something for myself partner & 2 children aged 2 & 7!

We had room 304 which had great views of the football/basketball court, tennis court and also the sea. The cleaning staff do a great job as never seen anything untidy or out of place.

We didn't really use the entertainment facility's as we liked to wonder into the town after dinner just to walk off the massive amounts of food we consumed! However when we did stay there we took part in the bingo and children's disco which my boys loved and loved the fact they then asked a parent to come and join them a few songs it was hilarious watching my partner dancing along to some if the songs! Also the children didn't go to the kids club however the staff always included them in poolside games ect.

All in all great hotel and would recommend to anyone as appeals to all sorts of people :-)

Our family of 4 (kids 9 and 7) stayed for a week in April, over Easter. I was a bit concerned ahead of going with the mixed reviews but this hotel is a good all round 4 star family hotel.
The family suite was spacious and the kids 'sofa' beds were 2 full size single beds in the lounge area, one of the beds is stored under the other bed, but can be pulled out and raised to be a full height separate single bed. We had a separate bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together. Our sleep quality was very good.
We had perfect weather so this made the holiday even more enjoyable. There are sheltered areas in the hotel to get away from any strong winds, which we only had on one day of our week.
There were plenty of sun beds and very little reserving of beds so it was usually easy to find a group of beds regardless of when we went to the pool area.
There are 2 pools for swimming, the largest is upstairs and a smaller narrow pool is downstairs next to a small kids play pool with slides which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The pools were cool, but keep moving and they're fine. There is also a children's' playground on the bottom level .
The food was perfectly acceptable for a 4* AI. The breakfast is the best meal of the day with lots of various options. The lunch and dinner are pretty much the same. Extensive pasta salads and salads, and a variety of hot selections. They do cook fresh meat or fish most days. There is a separate small area for kids which had pasta and fries and various bread-crumbed pieces of meat. The food is repetitive but I'm not sure what people expect for the price of the hotel. The chef is a genius on how to re-use left over food! The drinks are all on tap literally, even the wine. Just help yourself by the bottom pool and during meals. For water in your room you need to fill up bottles from the drinks machine and take it up.
We used the kayaks and bike-hire. The kayaks and bike hire were very reasonable €7 for an hour for a double seated kayak and €3 for bike for the day,
All in all a good, relaxing, enjoyable family break.

We stayed here on room only basis. The "kitchen" area is a fridge microwave and fridge. We also had a coffee machine that sadly didn't work. We asked for cutlery and crockery as there wasn't any in the room. We also asked for a kettle which arrived after 3 days!! There is no sink in this area so any washing up has to be done in bathroom. In saying that the rooms are spacious and balconies a good size. Pool area very nice and we always had a choice of sunbed. No one reserved beds. The hotel is a just out of the centre of the resort.
