Really enjoyed our trip here as it was something different to do besides being at the pool. Our kids (aged 3 &4 ) really loved it...especially the octopus and watching the Manta Rays. It is a good aquarium but not overly impressive. It is quite small and you could see it all in about 30 minutes (we went through twice!). Worth for a day out if you are looking for something different!

Ignore people complaining about what it cost them for a 10 minute visit... If you're not interested in fish and don't have a very long attention span then just don't bother going!

If you do want to give it a go, take your time and LOOK! Open your eyes and you'll see loads more.

Whatever you do, don't leave without spending some time with the shrimps near the exit! Don't be affraid and stick your hand in the water, hold it still and the shrimps will come and explore and tiggle it. The most fun we had all week! We spent half and hour here alone!

Real shame that the exhibits here are well below what we expected.
Small pools - not as exciting as the Sea Life Centres in the UK.
Cost €50 for our family of 4 - whole experience took 45mins (and we took our time!).

Been to Costa Teguise many times and ignored the apparently rundown Aquarium. It is underground and so it is no wonder it looks desolate. Go there and do yourselves a favour!

First of all its 12 Euros. 12 euros for a whole 10 minutes we were in there. This visit was probably the most pointless of my whole holiday. I wouldn't mind so much if I paid 5 euros as this is what it is worth.

The place itself looks quite old and rundown although the fish there are quite cool. 3 of the enclosures the fish were hiding which can't be helped but the turtle enclosure had no turtles in! The most interesting thing about this place was the giant turtle and the shark. Other than than I recommend going to an English aquarium and spending the 12 euros on something better.
