Stayed here 3 nights with a friend and for the money paid, was very pleased. The food was plentiful with a lot of variety, each night a different theme. The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. On our last night we really felt like Chinese and considered going out for it..but luckily for us the dinner menu was all Chinese that night..very tasty!
We requested a sea view room and by heck did we get one..it was beautiful!
The only complaint I have is that the reception staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. If they had bothered to advise us well, we would have been able to book an excursion we really wanted to go on. For 3 nights of relaxation it's place is perfect, anything more than that and I would probably have become quite bored.

This hotel currently has a cavalier, problem-group of possibly long-stay serial bullies operating in all seated areas of the hotel, including pool and bar areas.
They have several camps which they jealously guard all day.
This goes way beyond the towel - reserving I have experienced before..
I witnessed first hand, a member of this gang (of at least six larger than life, mature individuals), verbally attack a quiet couple who were sitting in some cushioned chairs behind the pool area, minding their own business. The large, yellow-clad chap came from the restaurant, roaring and waving his arms wildly in the air, insisting at huge volume that the couple, who looked petrified, move from their seats.
It was only 8.30am and my 8 year old daughter witnessed the whole ugly scene, which culminated in the older lady appealing to a passing staff member for help. The girl took one look at the man and rushed off with a terrified look on her face. In the end, the couple retreated, calling the man a pig repeatedly.
There-in followed long and loud proclamations of victory from the triumphant bully to his assembling bully friends.
I couldn't believe it! The experience left me feeling sick and the poor lady and gent, who by now were sitting in some chairs nearby looking shell-shocked, apologised to me for saying 'pig' in front of my daughter. They explained how shaken they were by the experience.

Unfortunately this was not an isolated incident - I spoke with another couple that evening, who had had a situation where one of the 'gang' had physically pulled a chair she was sitting on, away by the arm as she got up, simultaneously throwing his bag in the back of the seat. He claimed the seat was his and she said she had been so incensed that she had embarrassed herself by yelling 'liar' at him in front of everyone.

Come on Be Live! These people are spoiling holidays and getting away with it! Maybe they are long-stay types and you don't want to upset them, but your inadequate policing of this problem will make me think twice before we stay with you again.

Such a shame because the food over the last ten days was fab and over-all, our holiday was a good one (despite the freezing pools - didn't go in once!)

cannot believe anyone could complain about this Hotel, the cleanliness, staff, food ,Situation fantastic, spoke to people who stayed on all levels and al were happy, towels changed everyday, all staff were happy, helpful and very efficient, the food was well presented and always hot ,the Hotel itself was situated on the beach , plenty of sun beds, and three pools, cleaned every morning, the revolving bar is different and the massive fish pond inside the Hotel is a great talking point, plenty activities throughout the day for all ages,
All rooms have spectacular views, with Sun most of the day
Only issue we had all week was the weather, nothing to do with them
Would definitely recommend to couples and families alike

Room Tip: 513 was excellent , but no one advised of issues on any floor

What a pity. Visited the hotel in mid February having booked a package including a "Superior" room at additional cost. On arrival we were allocated a third floor room, double with sea view. The room looked tired and anything but superior. When I went back to reception were allocated a fifth floor twin room but in terms of décor and facilities no difference. Lesson, don't be duped into expecting anything extra, all rooms are apparently the same you just pay for being higher up in the hotel. Happy to say that food, location and bar facilities are good and all staff accommodating but if you are going to sell superior rooms then let's see something to justify it.

Room Tip: All rooms seem to have sea view. Cannot see real benefit of upper floor rooms

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at this fabulous hotel. We had a great stay. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had fantastic views. The food is excellent and I really don't understand the complaints that I have read. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and they were provided free, immediately. There is no kettle in the room but you can hire one and this appears to be pretty standard in European hotels we take a travel kettle and iron. All of the staff were lovely, ask at the bar for the champion cocktail maker he has won awards and is excellent. Jose at the bar is very friendly and the drinks are plentiful. There was a professional show every night and ok its not West End but then it wasn't Butlins. If I have to have a complaint the bathrooms could do with updating and the showers were a bit cool on an evening but I didn't pay for the Four Seasons and the were lovely and clean. I recommend this hotel totally and would return.
