Hotel: Excellent location. Booked a 1 bedroom apartment half board, it was huge. Was pleased to see a little kitchenette with fridge, hob and a microwave. Big TV. Hot water for shower/bath. Bed was the most comfortable I've slept in on holiday. Bottle of wine on arrival and bread rolls every morning, nice touch. We had some damp in our room and mentioned it to reception, by the time we returned from the beach there room was cleared of damp and was aired.

Food: was very good. People who moan about it, are probably fussy eaters, as there wasn't a huge choice. Drink prices reasonable.

Pool: Didn't use but there was always sun beds available.
Staff: Very helpful and friendly

Location: Excellent - 5 minutes walk to the beaches and in the heart of the town. No street noise from our room. Bus stop outside the hotel.

Just returned from our Xmas break in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. First time staying at this accomadation and cannot rate it highly enough. The apartment was huge, 2 bedrooms and seperate lounge area. Kitchen was small, but then we were half board and only needed to make drinks.
A bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival and another on Xmas day. fresh bread rolls every morning, even on check out day.
Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and sheets and towels changed every two days.
Food in the restuarant was typical european buffet style food, if you are going to expect roast dinners and typical english food, don't go half board.
Breakfast was a selection of meats and pastrys with various hot food, normally bacon, sausages, potatoes, beans and a varity of ways to cook eggs!
Evening meals again had a varity of salad style dishes with various hot meats, chicken, beef, fish also chips, canarian potatoes (gorgeous) and vegetables.
Our Son went in the pool once and said it was quite cold, but as we are not big on lounging by the pool and swimming it didn't bother us.
Beach is a short 5 min walk through a local square, which has entertainment almost every night with various bar and restaurants to sit and relax, listen to the music whilst drinking Sangria.
Our only complaint was no entertainment on site, but with the square less than a couple of minutes walk, we didn't really need it.

Staff were friendly, helpful and able to provide anything required.

We will certainly be going back in 2013 and would recommend these apartments to anyone and Costa Teguise, not as big and busy as Puerto del Carmen, but great if you want a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Room Tip: Get a second or third floor room, they benefit from getting the sun in the morning.

Spent Christmas here with family in a 2 bed apartment.
Location is great with loads of restaurants and bazaars around.
Room was disappointing really and the cleanliness was not next to godliness, there were hairs on bathroom floors and walls when we arrived and the balcony was dusty.
The kitchen area was small and equipped to a basic standard
We stayed 9 nights and had bedding changed once and room cleaned three times.
We had to vacate room at midday and our flight was at 20.45 and we're advised that there was a shower room and towels available...sounds good but no hair dryer or electric point for the good old hair straighteners!!!!.
Overall the holiday was great and would most definitely return to costa teguise just not this accommodation.

Room Tip: Book excursions through last minute travel..good trips well organised

Dear Sir:

Thank you for choosing Mansion Nazaret for your holidays. I would like to clarify that the cleaning service under contract is alternative days. Check out time is 12:00 and if we are fully booked we can not offer an extension of the room.

Kind Regards

Just got back from 2 weeks in this hotel, room 2520
The rooms upstairs are 2 storey, with the lounge and kitchen on the lower floor, and the bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd/mezzanine floor.
The kitchen is a bit small, but with everything you need, including kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, 2 ring hob, and all the usual knives, forks and utensils
The only fault with the rooms was the amount of plug sockets available. To use the kettle you had to stand the kettle on the hob to reach the socket, and to use the toaster you had to unplug the kettle and put the toaster on the hob. The only spare socket was near the balcony doors , to the side of the settee
The cleaners came in every 2 days and changed all the bedding and towels and cleaned the rooms,
The beds were the best we have had for years, so comfy we did not want to get up in the morning
The fresh bread left outside your door was a very nice touch, we bought some hame, cheese and pate and ate them on the balcony each morning
Try to get a room upstairs numbered between 2515 to 2540 if you want a balcony with all day sunshine, because many of the rooms either get limited or non at all. The view might not be so good overlooking the road, but at least we could watch the sun rise and fall from it
The staff could not be faulted. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always with a smile
Not too sure about the food. We only ate one evening meal witch we thought was very poor, and had 2 breakfasts, which while not perfect, was good value =3.5 euros each
You can eat breakfast out at many cafes from 1.8 euros, but do not include any drinks, which are often dearer than the meals
The position of the hotel is ideal for both the shops and bars and also the beaches. Go straight out of the entrance near reception and across the road is the square, with plenty of bars and eating places and also the place for the friday market Try Magma's bar in the corner for good cheap drinks, very popular
Bad points for the hotel ?
Slow Wi Fi
pools (4) all heated but still cold
Food not too good
Reception hard to find when first arriving -the reception is actually in the Nazaret Apartment side, which deending on which entrance you use, can be a long walk
If you come by car, try and park in the square at the back of the hotel, come in the main entrance off the square, but leave your luggage in the car till you have checked in, too many steps and coridors to have to carry them through
These bad points are really only minor faults, they did not spoil our holiday in anyway, but thought I should point them out
Would I go again, Yes, Yes
Thanks to all the staff from the pool bar lady, cleaners and reception staff

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms are more private, and larger with balconys The ground floor rooms are studio rooms...

Stayed here recently for just over a week. The location is very central to everywhere, shops, beaches, taxi's, buses, and restaurants.. I booked a self catered studio apartment and got it at a very reasonable rate. The studio apartment was quite spacious and spotless. There was a large flat screen TV in the room with a good number of satellite channels to chose from, but only a few english speaking channels. The hotel provides free WiFi to all its guests throughout the hotel which was great, and it also the first hotel I have stayed in that did this. My compliments to the management.

The hotel was nicely laid out in an enclosed courtyard setting surrounding a central swimming pool. The deck chairs were padded which made them very comfortable to lie on. The rooms were cleaned every second day, which was fine. The hotel staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful at all times. I cannot comment on the food at this hotel as I have a personal preference for eating out all the time.

A nice personal touch was the fresh bread roll left outside your door every morning. Another feature that I liked was that the hotel had it's own bicycles for hire which meant that you did not have to leave a deposit or search far and wide for a suitable bike shop. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it highly to others and I hope to stay here again.
