Stayed end of June.My husband myself and our sons 16 and 10. From checking in to departing the staff were brilliant. Our room was large and quiet. with a view of the main pool. Although the hotel was fully booked it was always quiet day and night. We had the restfull holiday we needed. Mansion nazaret is typically Spanish with lots of tiles white walls and wooden beems .Saddly a few things could do with updating like the stone sink that I dare nt drop anything in and the hot water . ( It was only ever aired which can feel quite cold after a day in the sun and not very good for washing off sun cream. ) The food is basic and there is very little variation .But there was always plenty of it. ( you can eat out cheaply . All you can eat chineese 4.50 euro was our favourite. )The bars were quite cheap San Miguel around 2 eros . Very large branded spirits around 4 eros.
Although we liked the hotel and we will go back we will use it as a base as we wer nt struck on costa teguise. A lot of bars and resterants were empty or closed down. We hired a small car quite cheaply and saved a fortune on organised trips.Eg 20 min drive to the national park and the volcano . 5 min drive to the water park. And around 30 mins to porta del Carmon and playa blanca . For 24 eros return we crossed to Ferturventura.
All in all our holiday was good value for money.

Room Tip: Mansion Nazaret is the original building. Hotel Nazaret although built right next to it is the newer building and seemed slightly more modern. Please note there is NO air conditioning. It was just comfortable sleeping in june . It may not be in August.

not 4star but if you go with this in mind you'll be fine. room wasn't ready on arrival, no suggestions from the receptionist where to go to wait, just come back in an hour, still no information on the area, times for the restaurant nothing, not a good welcome.
food was ok, not great but not bad either, having read previous review my daughter was looking forward to chicken nuggets, non in site, always chips salad potatoes bread, fish chicken and another dish. first hotel I've stayed at that's half board where you have to pay for drinks with the evening meal. Included with breakfast, which was always bacon sausage beans eggs, yogurt, cereal croissants. no complaints.
Pool was nice in cold, much needed dip to cool off.
Pool bar opened 12ish until 4ish which was a bit disappointing with the restaurant then not opening 'til 6.30.
We had a room facing the sea with an upstairs, having nosed into a few there are nicer studio rooms with the bedroom and living area in one. If you do have one of the rooms facing the sea the view is not so good, you will see what I mean. There are 3 pools and 3 apartment blocks, each apartment tends to stay by their own.
There are lots of little touristy shops and plenty of restaurants around offering different cuisine.
Not a lot to do though.
Overall the place needs a good brush. Inside and out.
Did the short south tour, left at 9am got back 3.30, camel ride is a must, If you don't do the camel ride you're just waiting around for the people who do it. Timafaya was very short, spent most of the time on the coach.

stayed between june the 27th to july the 11th 2013,great apartments, clean, super facilities, great location, lovely swimming pools choice of three, plenty of sunbeds, although some still choose to reserve theirs with towell trick, sad, reception staff very helpful and give you a warm welcome, couldnt do enough for you and they were cheery and happy, nothing was to much trouble especially the two young spanish girls they were the best, didnt try the restaurant so couldnt comment on the food or menus or service, only two downsides to this holiday first one was i experienced was the quality of the british pubs come restaurants food was terrible and i went to five different locations, service was shocking,i wont name the establishments, seems like they have just opened these places without a thought of food service menues and shocking cooking,so i gave up on the british bars in the end to eat and chose the spanish restaurants, first class in all aspects of what you would expect in a restaurant, super service, great food, and a very good on the menu brilliant well done the spanish, second downside was the amount of bars and restaurants that were deserted no business many of them are really struggling, which is a great pitty, but im told that the all inclusive hotels are ruining the islands business for pubs and restaurants great shame, would i come again definately yes, we stayed in room 305 ground floor very quiet no issues

Room Tip: room 305 ground floor very quiet and no issues

We had a good holiday, the rooms are basic but you get what you pay for and for an average price per night of £25 for 2 people b/b. what do people expect If you want 5 star you have to pay for it. I do think the management need to get more organised, The maids are run off their feet, therefore not enough cleaning is done, we only had our bed change once in 9 nights and that was because I tipped water on it and asked, The rest of the time I made the beds myself even when they came in to empty bins and change towels they left the beds, The floors were not washed much,This is not their fault they haven't got time, There are some rooms that have one long balcony no privacy, but we asked to be moved, wasn't a problem, There isn't a lot of info given at reception. The beds are very comfy, The hot water is a problem, Mostly had a cold shower, There is a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, small hob, iron ironing board 32 " with quite a few English channels including true movies. There are very few unmbrellas and shaded areas, people put towels on the beds early, not fair, There are 3 pools with lots of room for more beds and parasols, the position is the best, lovely bar called Tekkers, fab food and entertainment, spar next door, so you could pop in for cans for 35 cents. There is only one pool bar which could do well but is hardly open, even in July maybe 11am till 4 or 5 pm, useless really. I think the nazaret is becoming better then the mansion nazaret as some of the rooms have been refurbished, We will go again but not in July, Weather was perfect warm but with a breeze. There are a few cats there but nearly all have been neurterd and they are friendly,This is the case in most of tequise you don't see stray animals, which makes a change. There is one lady receptionist who isn't very helpful, The other 2 young girls are fab,

Room Tip: there are a lot of steps and some have one long shared balcony, not ideal, the top area at nazaret are good

Just after 11am we arrived at the reception area which resembles someone's messy living room to be told rather abruptly that our room wasn't ready and to come back at 1pm. The lady on reception said that we could leave our bags anywhere. There were no facilities to lock them out of the way so they had to be left in front of the reception desk. We returned at 1pm to be left sitting in reception for a further half an hour whilst the receptionist was waiting for a response from the cleaners. When we were eventually given our key we were not given any information about the place. We had to find the main pool ourselves and were not told the times that the restaurant opened. Overall, a poor first impression.

Thankfully the apartment itself was clean enough (although we did have a white tshirt taken when the sheets were changed and note this isn't the first occasion). We booked a studio but didn't get this, though this made litttle difference to us. The main pool area was good and the location is very close to the main square.

We were staying half board. The dinner is nothing more than poor. There are six hot plates - three of which are filled with chips, chicken nuggets and fried fish without fail. How previous reviewers can call this a variety is beyond us! Not to mention that the hot food was often cold! We therefore ate out more often than we originally intended. Breakfast was adaquate, although on some occasions chicken nuggets and chips were also served!

We would advise going self catered and visiting the restaurants near the square. El Maestro, La Hacienda and Divinia Italia are all worth a go. The square itself is very commercial. If you are after an English pub, roast dinner, fry up or Irish bar you certainly won't struggle. Personally we would have prefered some more authentic options.

The Sunday Tesguise market trip is filled with stalls of the same bracelets, tshirts and scarves. We also did the 'South Tour' with Last Minute which was perhaps slightly overpriced but overall worth doing.

Wouldn't go back.
