“3rd visit......do I need to say more......”
Reviewed 14 August 2013

Well yes actually. I have now been in all three types of accomodation. The standard room. Which is in itself superb. The sea view suite......Fantastic..and the garden view suite...equally as good. If you are looking for a pleasant view from your room, then the Garden suite is not the place to be. But I didnt go for the view from the suite. The room was excellent. Would sleep 4 comfortably. Big bedroom and lounge/bed in the living room. Everything was spot on as usual.
The bottom pool is considered to be the "livelier" of the pools. But when I say livelier I actually mean you can hear people talking! This is where the reps hold their games/quiz etc. But if you dont want to get involved you dont have to. At this pool you have a beach bar seliing all drinks including Pizza. The upper pool, the quieter one, has the Monkey bar and a pool side bar selling drinks, burgers etc. However, I have been told that during the winter months the quieter and livelier labels swap on the pools, so check it out.

The food was as good as ever. No need to eat out. The restaraunt had a huge variety of choices. So if you are looking for a quiet holiday, with good weather, good food and entertainment if you wish. Then this is the place to be. However, leave a space for me in July 2014 as I will be back for my 4th visit!

Room Tip: Men need to wear long trousers to the restaraunt in the evening. Personally I think thats a bit daft...

This Hotel is in a great location being near the sea but the beaches are not up to much being very rocky the weather was very hot but can be quite windy.
Rooms can be a bit basic but are clean but watch the Pay Per View TV service it is just a con they charge you to watch BBC 1 BBC 2 etc.
And I found the Hotel Manager to be of little use when you have a complaint!
There are also lots of hidden charges watch out check everything to make sure they are not charging you room telephones etc.
As far as the food it was excellent and the staff are the best I have ever seen in a holiday hotel.
But there is not much to do in the town itself and you would need to buy an expensive trip to see the island.

Room Tip: Try to pick a room with a sea view they are the best

My friend and I stayed here from 1st August -15th August but unfortunately had to come home ASAP on 8 th August as my friend slipped in hotel corridor and broke her arm in 3 places! Hotel staff were excellent they phoned for an ambulance and it arrived within 10 mins, spent many hours at arriceffi hospital.
Was told to get home straight away for operation, staff were very very helpful and did everything they could to help us out. Thomson rep tony helped all morning to try and get a flight but with it bring high season no Thomson spaces out to uk. We booked private seats with other flight company and finally arrived in home at 5am!! Hotel was great, very clean food excellent, all staff fabulous, Michael reservations manager can't praise enough.so helpfull.when finally sorted we will be back.fabulous stay 5star and thank you to all staff for helping out.xx

We, as a family of 3 adults stayed at this hotel over the Easter break this year. We had a fantastic time in this lovely hotel. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a suite and the rooms were huge. Had a nice terrace with table, chairs and 3 sun beds - it was sheltered so a lovely little sun trap when it was windy. Deano and Stacey the entertainers are great fun, together with Tony who is just a naturally very funny guy; a born entertainer. Food was very good, agree with a previous reviewer that the Coffee at breakfast could be better.
Sun beds around the two pools were always plentiful, no need to get up early to reserve them! We enjoyed the fact that this is a Gold hotel so adults only - so peaceful! We will be returning in January for our second stay - can't wait!

Reception: friendly, helpful, polite and are more than willing to go above and beyond what's expected.
Rooms: large, bright and spacious. Spotlessly clean. The vast majority with a good sea view.
Food: well cooked and very tasty with a good variety for all 3 main meals in the restaurant. Daily specials at lunchtimes and British style breakfast buffet as well. Evening meals were far better than expected. The staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough to make you feel more welcome. Snacks such as toasties, baguettes, burgers and pizza also available in pool bars. Again, well cooked and tasty. Service here is also more than adequate.
Drinks: a great variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. All branded names were part of the package. My only criticism was the coffee at breakfast time wasn't to my taste.
Pool(s) and surroundings: spotlessly clean of more than adequate size with more than enough sun loungers to go round.
Other facilities: as listed on website but all of a very good standard and in good condition.
Entertainment: most of it was to my taste. The entertainers certainly know their audience and pitched there acts, entertainment, jokes or anything else they done at the right level. Very likeable, flexible and highly professional.
Overall: absolutely flawless. Exceeded expectation. So much so I began to look for small things and my only criticism was the coffee! I guarantee I will be back.

Room Tip: Most rooms have a sea view. Rooms facing east have the best of the sun in the evenings if you like a...
