firstly sorry vital class, for been so late with our feed back.my partner and i stayed here from the 3rd to the 14 june, don t listen to the bad reviews, this hotel is spotless, food good and staff very good.we had an amazing room,we had free use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi sauna steam room etc etc oh! and a fantastic gym.they offered us this,as one pool was getting refurbished, you do need to check out on this if your all inclusive,as i don t think the indoor pool is part of the deal, which i thought it was.there was nothing to complain about at all.just book it,good hotel and lovely staff.Thank you to you all and Marianne and little lady with highlight in her hair who used to make my partners coffee just how he liked it

This is a great Hotel in all ways . I wanted a relaxing 2 weeks Holiday and thats what got. I like Lanzarote anyway but this is a great place, I like that their was not to many children. The Staff Where Amazing in the way that always willing to help with any situation and cared. I went all inclusive and glad i did the food i would give 90% and thats only because I dont like cooked veg. The Wellness Resort is JUst great loads to do and well cared for with loads of Equipment and Advice. Our room was just Great but to be honest we did not spend much time in it as allways around the pool or mixing in with the other guests and that is what made it that much better that any other resort i have been to. Every one is so friendly. I am allready planing to go back in September. THIS A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A RELAXING BRAKE AND GREAT VALUE
Thank again. Cristina for all your Help. Regards Graeme Fraser

I loved Lanzarote - first timer, and I had no idea that once you get used to a bit of wind (it is windy at times) the payback is that there are no mosquitoes!! What bliss.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing hotel in an otherwise touristy resort, then this is for you. Set away from the main beaches and tourist hot-spots (if Costa Teguise can be called that) this hotel is an oasis of calm. Well, mostly calm. The hotel is laid out across a large complex of pretty low rise buildings (two storeys) overlooking three pools (one is the children's - and is notably empty of water). The tennis courts and fitness centre are to the rear of the buildings; you have to walk outside the hotel's estate to access them. The pool area has a bar, and a few sheltered sitting areas, surrounded by countless excellent sunbeds - incidentally they have a "no putting towels down at 5am" rule which is followed and therefore there are always plenty to go round. The bar plays Cafe del Mar style music, and serves cold drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The food is excellent - a huge variety at lunch and dinner - you can choose from an immense salad selection, have your food (steak, fresh fish, pork skewers, chicken fillets etc) cooked on the grill in front of you, and each evening is themed so there is always variety. We were all-inclusive and nothing seemed out of bounds. Good service at the pool bar; the evening bar seemed a little disjointed at times because it was busy, but overall the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. Only two evenings of amusing singing entertainment, but we didn't want the "enforced animation" and we didn't get it.

Pool towels are available for free and the only "extra" was the safe hire in the room, which for 2.50euros a day seemed steep but meant our valuables would be secure. Our room was very comfortable, memory mattresses, crisp white cotton sheets, aircon, and a DVD player in the sitting room. Yes, the only British channels are CNN and Sky news, but I don't really go on holiday to watch telly. Loads of Spanish and German channels if you want to improve your languages!

The only reason I won't give this a 5 star rating is because of the adults policy not being enforced by the hotel. Whilst there, three couples with VERY small babies arrived, and frankly no matter what you do with a baby, it will cry, particularly in the heat, and I thought (having had babies and wanting to be sympathetic) that this was the last place I'd want to come on holiday with one. Why does the hotel advertise itself as adults-recommended, and then take bookings for babies? Perhaps because the economy in Spain has been bad, and every customer is a paying customer. However they should think twice about it, because I (and many others I spoke to) chose this hotel for its child-unfriendly policy. There are countless other hotels who accept small children willingly. Here is a fabulous hotel which could differentiate itself totally, but somehow is reluctant. I have done the children-friendly hotels, but now that I have the chance to travel with grown up children, I appreciate the calm environment, adult-company, and civilised holiday. My child is now a teenager, and there were other teens who accepted the hotel for the chill-out zone it was. Not a problem - they were all lovely and enjoyed the relaxing vibe. But please, hotel management, discourage the under 5s. And particularly babies.

Would I return? Absolutely - but I would check that reviews on here confirm that the baby thing is a thing of the past....

Incidentally, it's 3 euros into Costa Teguise by taxi, and a bus to Teguise for the Sunday market (touristy but really worth a visit to see the town and explore the gorgeous artisan shops along the side streets) is 2.30 euros each way. We also went into Arrecife one cloudy morning, by bus, and discovered a proper Spanish town, with shops aimed at the locals. Shoes by far the main attraction for us - and nothing touristy in sight. A beautiful, working, town.

Room Tip: second floor are quieter

What a lovely clean pleasant place to stay. Me and my girlfriend had a week at Vitaclass and enjoyed it thoroughly we were greeted with a welcome card and a box of chocolates when we entered the room which is a lovely thought. Thought there was a slight issue with the booking when we arrived was resolved quickly and professionally by reception. Lovely clean bright room with a view from the balcony over the sea, gorgeous! There are many activities to do there wish I had done more! This included golf, cycling, watersports and so on.

The town Costa Teguise is a 25 minute walk along the front from the resort or 3.50 euro in a taxi that reception will gladly phone for one. Although there is no small shop at the resort there is a mini market 10 minutes down the road.

Recommend this place!

This complex used to be called Las Marinas Club Resort wish we had known that as they are the true reviews. After reading the reviews we decided to stay here well we would NEVER RETURN. The service was appalling the food at breakfast was good but forget all other meals. The pools weren't cleaned and cigarette but to floating for nearly 4 days. Bar service was a joke had to complain so many times took the barman 30 min to serve one customer most people gave up. So did we after the first two nights. Stayed there all night and only managed to get two drinks each. There were only 19 people in the bar at the time. No Glasses, that took 45mins for the only barman to go look for glasses then they had no ice that took another 30 mins was a joke.

There is NO entertainment apart from you tube being played though a computer and the barman changing the song every 2 mins was like being in the car with the kids so annoying.

The reception and the look of the resort is very nice but after being there a few hours things start to change. Like when you get shown to your room and it overlooks rubbish bags everywhere. Just look at my picture's these are the ones the hotel don't show you. We asked for a Iron on the first day we arrived we are still waiting.

Thought we would visit the spa on our last day as we had a pass with our 8 day stay. OMG what a joke sauna & ice room wouldn't open as door's was hanging off Cockroaches dead in the pretend rocks and greenary. Not aloud to use the indoor pool. Looks nice in the pictures can't swing a cat in it.

We normally stay at Hotel Beatrix spa so maybe we have been spoilt abit as if you rate it against this hotel it is a 10 star. Seriously go somewhere else.

Just got back from this hotel. Great place to relax and take it easy. Already metioned are the beds. I was hoping the weather was going to be bad just to stay in mine a bit longer. Staff brilliant and food also good with loads of choice. Not a place for children as really nothing for them to do. Really dont know where my 10 days went.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 1201. Big two bed apartment overlooking the sea. A bit of a walk from the main hub...

Stayed 18-25th june. Hoetel was lovely and clean, not at ful capacity so lots of room around the pool and plenty of tables to chose from in the dining room. The food was great and didnt get repetitive. Even if there wasnt dish that took your fancy there were chefs there to cook fresh meat or fish for you and also different tuypes of pasta.
There were a few children about but no more than 5 or 6, was mostly quiet and relaxing down by the pool. Could do with a few more staff in the pool bar and then the main bar later on in the evening. I didnt mind waiting but many people were getting frustrated waiting for drinks.
No cheap plasic bands around the wrists identiying you as all inclusive, got a nice white card that had AL printed on it which you showed to staff.
Staff always happy and smiling even when it seemed they were rushing around. A few did struggle with English a bit but we managed to get our order across!
We didnt buy the internet package, you can get 3 hours free a day. Yes it is slow and can be frustrating but it is free so you cant really complain!
Our flight was cancelled and we were put up in another hotel and in comparison I would chose Vital class again. A lot nicer and more traditional looking with a lovely atmosphere. Would reccomend this for anyone looiking for a relaxing trip in a beautiful hotel that wont break the bank!

Room Tip: We were in 2203, top floor away rom the pool and the bar so very quiet. Got the sun on the balcony a...
