I was very impressed with the Apartment complex. The first stop was reception, ably run by friendly and knowledgeable local staff who love their job. We got a lot of advice on sights and events throughout our stay. The complex itself is split into 3 areas, each with its own swimming pool. This is the only thing that slightly irked me - our swimming was the best and was frequented by many guests from the other areas in the complex, making finding a seat very difficult. Coupled with the blatant seat-reserving (dare I say, by English guests), this would have been a big downside had it not been for the fact that the sea is so close and much more fun than sitting around a pool all day. The positioning of the apartments is very central, with a Spar shop just outside the entrance, and several money changers close by (with a slightly better rate than you'll get in UK). The restaurants in the area are all good quality with cheap food, but if you ask you'll find out where to get proper local food, which is even more tasty and well worth searching out. The apartment itself, for us, was a studio with a patio area - great for having breakfast with the bread rolls that are left for you each morning; a comfortably sized sitting area with a TV connected to Morrocan TV (I think - good films, anyway); a lattice to separate the double bed and then a lovely large bathroom. The small kitchen area, which includes a sink, hob, fridge, toaster and coffee-maker, is plenty for you if you intend eating out most evenings, although we had a couple of wonderful evenings in as well. I got told off for swimming after 10 one evening, but I think this was more due to the cleaning regime than any annoyance, and the reception staff were very understanding. Overall I was very pleased withe apartment and will definitely use Nazaret next time we visit the Island.

Room Tip: All studios are on the ground. There are no lifts, so families with small children or those less abl...

We have just spent 10 days at Nazaret in a self catering apartment. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen equipment great, especially with a fridge and freezer on hand. Our room overlooked the pool and there was little late night noise to disturb us. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were many great restaurants close at hand. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach but the pool at the apartments is fine with plenty of sun loungers available. Great value place to stay.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms give you a bit of a sea view

We spent a week at the Nazaret Apartments mid June on a half board basis and have to say this was one of the best value holidays we have ever had. we were welcomed at reception by a very friendly and competent receptionist and were checked in with a minimum of fuss. Our apartment ( which had been recently refurbished) was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, although being half board we did not use the kitchen equipment which appeared to have been new. Also there was a welcoming bottle of wine provided which was a lovely gesture. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise after about 11.30 pm, so we slept very well for the whole of our stay. Each morning a bag containing 2 fresh bread rolls was delivered to our apartment, another nice gesture. The choice of food in the restaurant was limited but having said that it was always well cooked and very tasty. Victor who is the waiter is one nicest and most hardworking people we have ever met on holiday, always very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for him when serving us. The location of the Nazaret could not have been better, within easy reach of restaurants, bars and the three excellent beaches of Costa Teguise. One small moan is about the pool areas ( 3 pools ), although the pools were cleaned and checked every morning, the loungers ( which were very comfortable) were left in an untidy state and a few more sun shades would have been handy, But having said that we really enjoyed our first stay at the Nazaret, and will stay there again in the future.

Room Tip: Ensure you book the Nazaret Apartments rather than Mansion Nazaret which occupies the same site. The...

All the staff were excellent always a cheery hello if passing , Room was lovely and clean, beauttiful bathroom, power shower , We were on the ground floor in room 105. These apartments are close to everything, and yet in our room there was no sound after approx 11pm.
Lovely comfortable beds, A bottle of wine in the apartment on arrival and bread two fresh Bread rolls each morning on the door handle. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from, Many thanks to Victor, He works so hard , seem to be everywhere at once in the mornings, but always found time to say good morning to us, and smile, I found he was a credit to the place,
Thank you Victor, All in all a very good holiday, Teguise market on sunday is great, we booked tickets for the bus at the travel agents around the corner, 4 Euro return, picked up out side the hotel and returned, English speaking rep on the bus, gave short talk about the history and advice on other tours on the island, Planty to do each day . 3 beaches to choose from, all very clean and well kept, I had never been to Costa Teguise before, and was pleasantly surprised,3 Lovely pools on the site, all clean and plenty of sunbeds, in each area also a roof top area again with sunbeds, if you like it a bit quieter, I would return to the Nazaret apartments, if i visit again.

first time to lanzarote but not the last.costa teguise is a lovely place to visit.the nazaret is well situated for all the things you need on hols.5 min stroll to beach straight across road to the maim square for all your needs 'restaurants/bars/market twice a week..the apartments are spacious full kitchen area and lounge looking over the pools from your balcony..the kingsize bed is the most comfotable one i have slept in [wish i could have fetched it home]..the apartments are all being refurbished on a rolling program so there is some noise during the day if you like lazing round the pool areas.we like a siesta in the afternoon normally but this was not possible..check in fast and friendly from lawia ;did not get the ground floor what we asked for but these apartments are only 2 stories high so the first floor ones you don;t get any noise from above you.there are three blocks to the nazaret 1&2 seem to be more quieter at night as block 3 the bedrooms back on to the lively ladies showbar which is open till 3/4 o clock..cleaned and towels changed every other day and beds changed every 4 days.bread rolls left every morning bottle of wine in fridge on arrival [nice touch] cant knock it for the price £200 for a week.booked for next year direct with the appartments like a lot of other people were doing
