For a property that just opened up a couple of month ago, this hotel looks used and worn. Upon arrival, check in took about 45 minutes with only 2 guests ahead of us. We first booked a studio suite beach terrace but after seeing the room, we literally ran to reception to check if there was anything else available. Luckily, we were "downgraded" to a studio suite gold and given a room in the main tower with a nice sea/pool view.
In my opinion a 5 start hotel needs to have toilet amenities like cotton ear buds and combs… unfortunately this hotel offers none of that, and there's no store downstairs to buy any of it.
People who come to Ibiza for music should probably stay next door or elsewhere. We spent 3 days at the hotel and had noticed that the beach club had music on repeat all of the days. There's live entertainment with great performers but other than that get ready to listen to UK top 40 and some classical rock and maybe some lounge/house.
Another con was the towel situation; you are given a card at check in that allows you to take one towel at a time and in case if that card is lost- you have to pay 20 euros to replace it.. Now that would be acceptable for a 3 star hotel, but a 500euro/ night hotel? I don't think so.
Overall, it's not a bad hotel. Beach beds are amazing, pool area is great and location is perfect but some the hotel lacks 5 star service and "Ibiza vibe".
