After venturing around we learned that there were sooo many great places to eat and drink in Mykonos; but there was one place above all that really catered to your needs of both food and drink and that was DK Oyster. We started in the restaurant with the prix-fixe meal (Greek salad and the fish for the day - recommended) and then walked right on to the beach with two caparinihas in hand..........doesn’t get any better than that.

As the other reviews have stated this place is a scam. Charging extortionate prices for drinks (not showing you the menu before) definitely suspicious about the good reviews there is just no way anyone could be pleased about their experience here. Far too pretentious so the atmosphere is awful. We have seen people arguing with the staff several times on our stay here, and rightly so. It’s no way to do business in Mykonos by ripping people off. Please don’t be fooled by its exterior it’s an absolute waste of your hard earned cash!

No you are not misreading. When the adjoining hotel (who share the building!) tell you how awful a place is, sit up and listen. This place is just so horrendous I have no words. Food is terrible, really terrible, awful salad, appalling drinks which are clearly watered down. This is not ‘exclusive’ or ‘posh’. I am lucky in my job to eat and drink in some of the best restaurants in the UK and abroad, and i have never ever break anywhere that attempts to even nudge towards prices like this. The waiters deliberately avoid giving you a drinks menu purely because they know you wouldn’t then buy a drink. It’s just shocking and the Greek tourist board really do need to get a grip on it.
