Had a one bedroom newly refurbished apartment number 81. Great size with a huge bathroom with separate walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv, lounge, balcony with table and chairs and a sun lounger! Towels etc changed 5 times in the week, clean and tidy hotel with lovely grounds. We went All Inclusive, food not bad and drinks freely available. Brilliant location 5 mins from the sea front and all the bars. Very quiet in May and no evening entertainment but easy to get out and about. Highly recommend the crazy golf on the sea front. Weather was largely cloudy, which spoiled the sunbathing and use of the pool! However, a great holiday in a friendly and well run hotel. Not 5 star, but excellent value for money.

Room Tip: Apartment 81 was newly refurbished. Sun lounger on the balcony that caught the sun until 5pm. Far aw...

Stayed for 4 nights on 15th may. Weather was amazingly hot. Rooms were clean spacious and serviced well.
The complex was spotless and very large. Lots of steps so be prepared if you have a room at the back!
Go down the hill to the beach and up the hill to the bars and restaurants. Can recommend margaritas, food there was amazing.
Only ten min walk into playa de las Americas along the beach.
The entertainment was none existent but think that was because it was quiet on complex so no point if it's only for a few people.
The only downfall was the food and beer. The beer gave us all terrible heartburn and the food was cold and uninteresting. It was ok but not for us!

I would deffo go back as a lovely place overall. But would go self catering

Myself and 3 friends stayed genre for 3 nights at the end of April..the hotel it's self was lovley rooms a little dated but other that that it was great..the rooms were serviced every day and the reception staff seemed polite, the beds were probably the most comfty I've had when abroad..the hotel is minuites from the beach a few shops and there were several bars and restaurants a few minuites away too.. It's in a lovley quiet spot but like I said only minuites away are the restaurants and shops and beach.. The hotel was a little quiet so they decided to do our food to order which was amazing we got to pick what we wanted couldn't ask for more, they were fantastic our eggs on the first morning were too under cooked and we mentioned it and the next morning they didn't even put them out they cooked them as we arrived for us how we liked them.. A massive massive thank you to dave he was absolutely fantastic made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us his a assist to the hotel.. We was sad to leave him as he was soo good.. People have mentioned the entertainment and yes it was fantastic but who cares the hotel was fantastic..we all would return to this hotel..and let's hope if we do dave is still there ha..

Room Tip: The rooms over looking the pool near the bar was great

AS WE HAD PAID FOR ENTERTAINMENT BUT THEY WERE NOT BOTHERED .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE I WILL NOT BE GOINGING BACK .

We booked this hotel as a cheap, short all inclusive break back in November and, after we booked, i then decided to look at the reviews - boy, i wish i hadnt! To be honest, for the money, we didnt expect too much but the reviews (up until very recently) were very bad and the rating was poor. We did not know what to expect and, when we arrived at 2am at reception, from that point on, the staff could not have been friendlier and spoke brilliant english and were so, so helpful. We asked for apt. 41 as we read it got all day sun on the balcony but we were given 43 as this was occupied, which is fair enough. Our apt was amazing! spotlessly clean, large, TV, kitchen with cups, plates, cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, washing machine even a coffee machine! large bedroom, fantastic bathroom with bath and sep shower and bidet and even twin sinks - loads of lovely white towels. Balcony had the sun from the morning but lost it around 3 - long enough for most people but, if you are like me and like to have an afternoon/evening tipple until the last bit of sun goes down, then some of the other apartments definitely had better balconies - especially number 41! We were all inclusive and we thought it was excellent - the food, wine, beer, coffees etc., were all very good - only tiny negative was the food was often cold - that is the only complaint that we had. We even tried eating right at the point of the restaurant opening but it was still cold! The hotel was so quiet - it must have catered for hundreds but i think there were around 40 guests maximum so the 2 pools were deserted - most of the six days we were there, we could count perhaps 4 people around both pool areas - luxury!! Every sun bed was empty yet the pool guard was on constant hand the whole time, cleaning an already spotless shower area, straightening the already perfectly straight and empty sunbeds etc.,! Location was second to none - excellent bars, supermarkets all within minutes from the hotel. Taxi was £20 to the airport, 20 mins away. The beach by the hotel was disappointing but much better just a 10 mins stroll along towards the harbour, although we didnt see any parasols by the sunbeds so we just stayed by the hotel and enjoyed the peace and quiet - and all inclusive drinks! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in los Christianos - personally, for the money, i dont believe you could beat it!

Room Tip: Try to pick a room overlooking the pool closest to the restaurant - these all seem to have balconies...

All bungalows have a full setup for self catering, including a washing machine,
Tv, fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and
Glasses. The lounge is spacious with a sofa bed. Table and four chairs. The
Table like all tables in the hotel needed a table mat to steady it. The Bedroom has
Twin beds, wardrobe. No safe in room, but one available in reception. No aircondishoner
in any of the apartments. The Bathroom is spacious. The bath has no shower rail or curtain
And is quite dangerous as the floor gets wet. All other appartments have a bath and shower with curtain. A small balcony. The Complex has three pools, a Tennis court, football pitch,
Crazy golf. Children are well catered for, but in the two weeks we were there we did not see any.
Some of the apartments were winter lets, so the clientele Are mostly over 60. The food in the restaurant is very good if not. a bit repetitive, but nice salads, Soup, Main courses are usually
Chicken dish, veal Beef and vegetarian options, a selection of vegetables.
Breakfast is good, fresh breads, juice Fruit Cold meats and Cheese. The Bacon was good and the sausage and eggs.
Problems. We did have problems with the hot water on two mornings, but was sorted out by reception.
Most of the guests were from Sweden.
The Entertainment was low key, but you get what you pay for. My wife says our room could do r a full length mirror. The Hotel was a short walk to the promenade where you could walk all the way to los America's. Would go again. Recommend Dave the Waiter.
Tip If you have arranged a bus transfer, instead go by taxi only 22 euros, save yourself three hours
Wait at the terminal.
