I stayed here with three friends. On arrival we had to wait for an hour and a half for the manager of this property to bring the keys having made arrangements for a time ,as parking is very difficult outside the complex. We rang him three or four times before he arrived. On arrival all he could say was Saturday is a busy day! We were ver y pleased with the location of the apartment with sea views and a lovely pool. So we settled ourselves in. We thought maybe the apartment was a bit dated but that didn’t bother us. What did bother us was, the kettle lid didnt close so you had to hold it down. There were no extra pillows and the ones on the bed were very poor and the pillow cases didn’t even fit the pillows! The twin beds were very comfortable, but the double bed mattress was as hard as wood, so my friend resorted to. Sleeping on the settee in the lounge. The electrics in the bathroom were very dodgy, sometimes the light would come on and sometimes it did! So we thought we would call the manager to let him know these problems and he came round on Monday, had a look at the bathroom and fiddled with the switch, and promised us more pillows and a new kettle. So we carried on with our holiday and enjoyed the good position of this apartment. Light was still very erratic. We waited and waited for many days and sent messages of reminders. We finally got the new kettle an the pillows which were filthy on FRIDAY! It is such a shame about this as it is a perfect location. I have no idea who owns the apartment, but whoever it is should maybe look into who looks after their property! Vivasol are not good hosts!!!! I would recommend this apartment purely on the location.
