We stayed at VC2 for 11 days in April and it was just what we needed - pleasant comfortable surroundings in a good position in Los Cristianos. The apartment (67) was more than adequate for our needs with a decent kitchen space, good fridge, lots of hot water on demand, a nice tidy bathroom with a very good shower, a comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space and a nice balcony on which to enjoy the afternoon sun. I don't really see what else anyone could want, but maybe we're just not picky enough.
One limitation for some people (not for us yet, thankfully) is that there are a lot of steps and stairs in the complex. those with any walking difficulties would have to plan their routes and choice of accommodation very carefully.
Yes the complex might not seem to be too child-friendly with numerous restrictions on playing games in the complex and in and around the pool, but maybe there is a reason behind that. It is just possible that some people want to stay somewhere that is relatively child-free; there are plenty of other places that specifically welcome children, so why not try there first?
The staff who worked at the complex and managed all of the administration were friendly and helpful at all times and we look forward to the opportunity to visit VC2 again in the future.More
