This villa has loads of room we went as a family of 9 6 adults 3 kids not once did any of us feel on top of each other the villa is well equipped with a large fridge freezer microwave oven and gas hob there is also a dish washer and washing machine the barbecue is a standard sized gas type I think a larger charcoal type would be a great addition but the gas one served it’s purpose the kids were our only worry incase they got bored as they do in hotel stays but not one complaint of boredom they brought there PlayStation with them so after a few hours outside playing they would spend a couple of hours in the large tv room then back out again. The property is managed extremely well we had one problem with the electrics but max had someone there within 30 minutes and sorted a car I would say is essential here but it’s easy to get about once you have your bearings if your coming bring some mosquito repellents and plug ins for the bed rooms we learned our lesson the first night lol but once you have these you won’t have any hassle all in all a fantastic family holiday and no ties or time tables like you have in a hotel many thanks to max and his very polite and helpful maintenance team we will definitely return and are looking into next year already
We were a family group of 9 with an age range 5 to 70 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a superb bonus which was used towards the end of each day following beach and mountain visits.
A popular beach for us was Playa Del Camison as it provided the usual amenities but seemed more suitable for children.
We would recommend that visitors hire a car ( we hired two ) and arrive with a supply of bottled water. We mostly self catered and all the facilities worked fine and the supermarkets within 10 minutes drive. Our 3 grandchildren had lots of playthings already available and were able to watch their favourite tv programmes during chill time.
Good - lots of room and amenities in the villa. Lots of toys and space for children. Quiet location though nearby dogs barked a lot at night. Great wifi, tv and printer if required. 10 minute drive to Los Cristianos with great beach and good shopping and restaurants. Overall excellent place to stay.
Cons - no air conditioning, the pool was slippy and slimy due to the jacuzzi hybrid style.
Exceeded my expectations. Great looking outside and in. Loads and loads of space and high class finish. Perfect for a family holiday. Location is the only issue. Obscure, difficult to find and a bit too far from the coast. Taxi needed unless you have a car on hire. Therefore hire car strongly recommended. With that, location is not such an issue and you won't get a place as good in a better location for the same price so still worth going for!
Radek met us upon arrival and showed us everything with the TV, pool and
kitchen. The villa is just as the pictures show on the website and in
our opinion even better. It is very child friendly with the pool gated
off as well as the outside spaces being flat for the kids to play in.
There are also many many toys to play with, cbeebies and cartoon
applications on the TV.
For the adults, nice outside areas with a BBQ, shade sails and a covered
area at the back, also on the top there is a massive terrace with
fantastic views, it actually snowed on Teide when we were there which
was a majestic site in itself!
To get to the beach we needed a couple of cars for our party as previous
reviews had warned but for us we came to explore the Island anyway and
were really pleased with the tranquil location.
A couple of things I would say are a bit tricky are the pool and TV. We
have never used an android box and it took some getting used to, also
the pool heating needs to be reset when the circuit breaker flipped.
Some better instruction in each case would be helpful in each case. Oh
also the induction hob will not work with some of the pots and pans as
they need to be induction friendly. Apart from these niggles we greatly
enjoyed our stay.
Excellent stay, it was our first trip to the Island and the weather was fantastic for December. The Villa was close enough to the resorts, about 10 mins, which we dreaded but in hindsight were actually very nice. We like Los Cristianos and Adeje the best in our opinion. Loved the size of the Villa and outdoor spaces were very cool.
There were plenty of utensils, a coffee machine in the modern Kitchen. The bedrooms have balconies, the master bedroom having the biggest. Also the top terrace is a nice place to chill out. The villa is in a rural area so you need a car to do shopping, I could not imagine doing that by bus when catering for 9 as was it in our case. Radek is a fantastic guy and was always helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to do. Loved it and will be back to Tenerife this time next year.
Great views, lots of terraces, chirping birds, aloe vera plants in a field next door, sea
view and mountain view behind. The town is quite Spanish too which is
nice and we found a few local gems, especially liked the chicken place
by the roundabout in town. In contrast to Las Americas it is another
world, you are really in nature but when you look down below you can see
the coast and urban areas that are basically a short drive. Perhaps
another good point because it is outside the tourist zone it gave us
more courage to go and visit more of Tenerife. There is so much more
than the beaches in the south western corner of the island. We did love
the beach in Los Cristianos though.
The villa has lots of space, looks like it has been recently renovated,
nice big dining area and 2 other living rooms downstairs. The bedrooms
are not huge but adequate, a couple with en suite and there are 3 bathrooms upstairs in total, certainly enough for our group of 8. Loved the jets in the pool and the roof terrace.
Definitely would come again and I would say this house is more suited to
people who want to explore the Island, eat local cuisine and avoid the tourist areas but be close enough to them if you want to go.
