Communication with owner Anna was very good. She was not in Tenerife but had friend and her Mother available if needed. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the Sky Sports and movie channel was a bonus. I thought at first that the beds felt hard but in fact were surprisingly comfortable. We liked to be be able to sit by the pool in the complex and there were always enough sunbeds. The snack bar princes at the poll were reasonable for lunchtime snacks and drinks. There was a supermarket with pretty reasonable stock jus outside the complex and we always found a parking space close to the apartment. The complex is at the top end of the resort and we did not mind this. We are over 60 and the first few times everyone seemed to pass us on the way up. By the end of the holiday we were passing younger people and felt quite fit. So it wasn't a problem for us. There are a good range of restaurants within walking distance including a balti restaurant I eat vindaloo at home but woo hoo !!!! watch it they serve a hot one.. Taylor's lounge down the hill is good for watching football and the food was always nice there but get there early if you want to watch a big match because it gets full. The apartment has a range of pans and utensils if you like to cook and it was nice and quiet for sleeping. We would recommend it to friends.Anna arranged for a friend to pick us up from the airport for a reasonable rice and this was helpful. Oh yes and the wi fi was reliable and strong enough Face time in the listing room.
