Last week I stayed in Sarvamangalam.
I met some of my friends who is from france accidently there.
They were heading to Madurai packed all things and checked out from their hotel and their bus starts after 2 hours. I told that they can stay in my room till their bus timing.
When I entered in to the hotel to the stairs this hotel manager calls me shouting and yelling that how come i do like that. I asked what i did. he is shouting there is a rules here and I asked only one hour they stay here after that they will start from here. he is not speaking politely yelling at me even though I am speaking politely to him. I told i do not know your rules and I am a regular customer why you raising your words like this. he is not listening to me and in front of them he is shouting and yelling like anything. If what ever i did was wrong he should not get angry he should tell politely whats the rule but here customer is polite and the hotel management is bad. He is the manager of the hotel. Please change him else your business will be like this.
I will not recommend as first is politeness next everything. I can say the rooms are average only and all food quality is average. If you look for money its average price but for the same cost you will get good restaurants there and since i do not want to roam for rooms i picked it as i came before. But after seeing this I cannot recommend for this worst behavior hotel
