If you're into simple pleasures such as clean carpet, mini fridge, closet, desks, etc. you will likely love this place. The amenities for the Accord are strong an numerous, but there are several things that got under our skin after staying in the hotel for 2 weeks.
First, smoke smells. We moved twice and finally settled on our THIRD room that smelled the leeast of smoke. They didn't offer anything to help us with the smell (upgrades, extra cleaning, etc.) I woke up with headaches for 5 days straight. Second, the internet. Super slow and terribly unreliable. I was pumped when they brought an "access point" into our room but it was virtually useless. Apple products couldn't connect to any of their numerous networks for more than 30 seconds. Third, high prices for in-house restaurant. For being in a relative food desert (no reliable restaurants near, must take auto downtown) these guys should not be charging over 800 rupees for dinner buffet. Might be just my opinion, but seems incredibly high.
There were some great things that we really enjoyed. In-room service! Super helpful and friendly staff working to clean your room and laundry. Outstanding. Bar service! With the World Cup on in the evening, I visited the bar regularly and received super service each time. Wonderful. Breakfast! Cannot over emphasize how great the staff and selection was every morning for 2 weeks. Charming.More
