“Week holiday with the family”
Reviewed 4 September 2013

Very friendly self catering apartments, only two floors, quiet, select area of Punta Prima. Locals very accommodating. Apartments clean, maid service regular, cooking facilities very poor. Bed linen clean but did not,fit the bed!!! Table tennis, pool, swimming pools, keep kids busy. Hiring a car is a must, Menorca is full,of bays, beaches, scuba diving, these will make, your holiday.

Room Tip: Ground floor apartments have immediate access to pools, great for kids running back and forth.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation in lovely, quiet resort.

Rooms rather basic, but fine for a weeks stay and great value for money.

Pool is excellent. Large and never crowded with peaceful, polite guests. Large proportion of guest were Spanish which gave the place an international feel.

Really pleased with accommodation having read reviews about how basic it was. Decent size and clean with everything we might need. Good location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Large pool clean and always managed to get a sunbed - didn't try smaller pool. Would definitely visit again.

Just returned from from a short stay in Menorca, we stayed 3 nights and had business to attend to, whilst the reception staff were extremely helpfull the bar staff were bordering on rude (in perticular the guy with the pony tail) the apartment we had was scruffy worn out but clean, my major concern were the beds! I have never been so uncomftable in my life and the others were the same, Ive been back for a few days and my back is still playing up! Having said all of this if you look at what I paid for the short stay I can't really complain, you get what you pay for and if you want to be treated like your important and don't want to suffer with a bad back don't be tight like I was and book yourself somewhere luxurious

We have Just arrived back after a week here with 2 children ages 9 and 11... overall very Nice complex... very quiet with mainly families and couples. Pool and pool area was lovely and clean...lots of loungers etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good English spoken. Only complaint really was uncomfortable beds... 5 min walk from beach which was Nice an small selection of restaurants and shops. Menorca is a lovely beautiful island and Punta Prima was lovely. Head to cala torrell and Binibequer on the local train ride which is 7 euros return... great little ride. Overall very relaxing holiday.

Just got back from very hot menorca with our very mischevious 2 year old boy.

We were in room 25 a ground floor 1 bed apartment. All the ground floor apartments have a patio with table and chairs and plenty of lawned area, our apartment had a wonderful tree outside which helped with the shade during the hot spell. Previously we stayed in room 11, exactly the same but without the pool view.

The pool area had loads of space to move around, unlike some hotels where you're practically on top of each other. Pool had steps going so some smaller children were able to walk down into the shallow end, the childrens pool was very good too.

The only suggestion I have made to the hotel is that the rooms could do with blackout curtains as the heat can really penetrate through into the room, there is also no curtain on the kitchen window, luckily because this was our second visit we brought a black out blind to stick up with us and thank goodness we did.

Also, because our 2 year old just wanted to run off, I suggested perhaps they could have some ground floor apartments which had the outside space fenced off.

Beach was fantastic, about 10 min walk downhill, lovely shelving beach into the sea, calm waters great for toddlers. lots of playgrounds and amusemust rides too.

A very relaxing holiday had by all. I don't think there are that many reasonably priced apartments that have so much space and very peaceful considering it was mid July.

I would recommend it

Room Tip: room 11 if you don't want your little one to run to the pool, room 25 if you can keep up with a...

we went to these apartments with jet 2 holidays in june2013
they were very clean , clean towels twice a week, friendly staff,
take your own cups if you want a mug of tea, they are only small cups in apartment
we went for a relaxing holiday after me being ill for a while, just what the doctor ordered
no load noise, lovely clean swimming pools
lovely grounds around complex
lovely beach a short walk away with a few resturants and shops/supermarkets
**only down fall was it was on top of the hill**, so it was hilly walking around complex
and going back to complex from shops /beach ect , so we got out of breath a lot
but we were in our late 50 early 60 so not has fit anymore
