We stayed at the admiral hotel from the 30thjuly until the 6th Aug this hotel caters for polish and any other nationality apart from the British tourist, for breakfast expect fried cabbage hotdog sausages and battered potatoes we had bacon just one day while we stayed there, we stayed there ALLINCLUSIVE but the staff on the bar cannot be bothered to serve you and you have to wait to be served warm drinks because none of the drinks are kept cool not even the soft drinks which are kept on the bar, the only thing that was good about this hotel was the rooms was very clean and the young man on reception Theo was very helpful, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE HORRIBLE FOOD AND DRINKS THAT THEY CALL ALLINCLUSIVE!

We stayed from 2 of july 2013 till6 of july at thr annex building
Room average defenetely a 3 star.not good curtines so ee were awakening at sun rise every day.
Very clean, they cleaned the room every day but we didnt have new seets for 4 days.
Food was good enough for our taste.we could eat the same food at captains hotel near by which had grear view.the stuff was working endless hours ,they worth a medal.the hotels admiral, captains and commodore need a massive renovation especially the pools.
Overall we had a great time,we loved it being there.we went to the waterpark in tsilivi which belongs to the same group with a 30% discount and we and our kids had great time.
Despite some problems the 60 euros for a 4 member familly for all inclusive in such a beautiful island was a great great value for money.i will defenetely go back again.
Oh i forgot that except fridays, every night there was something good going on,i mean animation, singing, dancing.great!

Room Tip: I loved the annex building was more private, instead of the main building which was very crowded

This was a friends holiday and although all the real clubbing happens in Laganas which is a 17Euro taxi each way we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Admiral for a total of 7 nights, every one of which was exciting. For just over half the week we went to Laganas each night and for the rest of our stay we visited the local bars and pubs in Argassi itself. Whereas there are clubs in Laganas there are mainly Bars and pubs in Argassi and overall a smoother and more relaxed atmosphere but not a downfall of the town. Firstly because this resulted being able to sleep at night without music raging in your ears and also no overly drunken holiday makers stumbling around your hotel.
Fortunately for us it was only a £25 upgrade each for the whole week all inclusive. This was a good choice because there were 3 sister hotels in total within 2 minutes walking distance of each other so there was a range of pools and restaurants to suit your mood and situation. Most of the time the Admiral hotels pool was child friendly so my friends and I used the Captains hotel pool which was larger and with more sunbeds. The best part about the situation of that pool however was its view.
The three hotels include a wide range of different hotel rooms and apartments so it really caters for a range of different parties. Ours were apartments, although rather on the small scale they were adequate for 2 people preferably a couple. The showers were too small for my liking though meaning that shaving your legs had to be done outside of the cubicle haha.
There was a large enough range of food for the all inclusive however the dishes themselves werent great but that could be just my personal choice. Anyway it was all settled because they had catered for us brits with pizza, chips and burgers and toasted sandwiches on a daily basis. Oh and there was always ice cream too.
Overall I would give this hotel a 3.5/5 because the staff were very friendly provided you didnt annoy them with drunken antics and getting in the pool after it was closed. If you do visit, i highly recommend seeking out all the brits in the hotel and sticking together other wise you wont have the amazing time that you can have when you are on holiday. Beer Academy down the road is number one for cocktails and ladies night and pool!!! :D

Room Tip: Make sure you specify when you book that you want Air Con otherwise you will have to pay 5Euros a day when you get there, also the rooms at the top of the Captians hotel have the best views although they have a lot of steps to climb each night so if you cant be bothered with that then choose an admiral apartment.

We had 2 weeks in the Admiral Hotel, weather was 30oC. The hotel and rooms were clean, staff friendly and choice of food excellent. Day and evening entertainment was well thought out with singer Hayley on Tuesdays and a Greek night on Thursdays the pick of the week. Not too much to do on the island but buses, taxis and bike hire will get you everywhere. Zante has wonderful churches and a great museum.

Room Tip: Grab a room near the stage for the evening entertainment its like being in the Dress Circle at the theatre !

The hotel itself was in an ok location but argassi is now a ghost town from what it used to be back in 2000. i would recommend a different resort. the food was ok some choice but all inclusive was a waste of money, ended up eating out at the nice restaurants in the area most nights. hotel is swarming with very rude eastern europeans who were greedy and obnoxious. The rooms were good, clean and were at an acceptable standard.
The young man on the reception was very pleasant however i forget his name.
If you buy air conditioning approx €40 per week one remote will work in all rooms so if you have multiple rooms like we did ( we had 3) we saved a good bit.
