It has always been a pleasure dining at any of the Sankalp chain of restaurants.
Hence this experience was a shock, and stood as a shame for the Brand.
Firstly - the order took way too long.
Second - The Onion Rava Masala dosa was stale, soggy and cold.
Thirdly - the waiters were totally apathetic and unresponsive. The service was tardy , lazy and indifferent.
Fourth - The main management guys were indifferent to the complaints.
Fifth - There was no complaint book / register to speak of, and one failed to be produced inspite of repeated demands
Overall - dismal service, average to poor food, lousy management and total indifference to customer service.
