This is very much a budget type hotel at travelodge type prices, it is just a short taxi ride from the exhibition centre. It is a very modern building the rooms are contemporary and comfortable and importantly perfectly clean. The staff are polite and friendly and were very helpful when needed. If you want to be close to central Munich it is not the best place to stay. The breakfast is continental mainly with hot frankfurters and scrambled eggs. There is a small Bar at the front of the hotel with some great beer.
I would suggest this one as an ideal business hotel rather than a leisure hotel but if you are used to travel lodges you will like this place.

This is a typical business hotel, just to stay one or two nights and no more. It's a bit far from the center of Munich, U bahn or S bahn in Haar is 15-20 minutes walk from it, or if you want, wait for a bus, but it passes every 20 minutes. Rooms are clean, but very small, ok for one person. The wardrobe is not enough for two persons. And the most horrible thing, they don't have separate bathroom, that is, the bathroom is part of your sleeping area, separated only by sliding door. Toilet is a separate room in a corridor, but if you want to wash your hands, or take a shower, go to bedroom! Breakfast is ok, staff helpful.

If you are visiting Munchen because of business, this is very good hotel for you. It has very good public transport connection (like whole Munchen). You have 15 minutes of drive to Fair, and about 20 minutes to center. Rooms are small, but clean. Staff is very professional. Breakfast is good.

This Hotel it isn't in the city center of Munich, but in a main street near the Ring; from the street you can see the neon sign.
You must to park the car inside the hotel park, in the basement (you have to pay) because outside the hotel there isn't the possibility to park.
It is near to the Congress Fair and to a little shopping center (with pharmacy, shops, market).
My room was good, clean and nice, with television.
The wc it is in a little room and the sink it is in the same room of the bed, the shower also.
The breakfast it is a very nice room with a lot of good things, sweet and salat.
Internet in the lobby it's free and the staff it is very kindness.
