We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, everything was fine, we were happy with our vacation, but the impression of the hotel was spoiled on the day of our departure, July 6 2011.
On July 5 before our departure we asked for a bill at the front desk and paid it in full. Next morning the manager of the hotel Udmaz Yusuf told us that they had to check our mini-bar and after breakfast told us that we had to pay 17 Euros for a bottle of whisky which we didn't drink ( we don't drink due to health issues to start with). But the most important that we didn't see that particulat bottle in the room and we have pictures of all the bottles we had in the room because we took a picture of our room.
They blackmailed us by saying that if we didn't pay for the bootle they would hold the bus with all the tourists going to the airport
and everybody would miss their flight. So, we didn't have a choice and had to pay for the bottle of whisky we never saw. Also they were not polite at the front desk.
We heard from some people in the bus that it happens sometimes in this hotel. How can such hotel have a habit of getting extra money from people in such manner?
By putting such information we wanted to inform people what sometimes happens in this hotel and advise them be careful with checking their mini-bar in the room.

Beautiful hotel territory, great service and a lot of entertainment. They have miniclub where babysitters can take care of your kids. Food is great and rooms always clean. Small but nice gym, free aerobics and dance lessons.

This hotel is supposed to be 5*, but be prepared to a small dark room without a balcony or a view, very basic. Plus there is a big hole between 2 intercoonecting rooms on the ground floor in all villas. It means you can hear everything your neighbours do!
Otherwise, food is good, service is excellent. The territory of the resort is big and green, the beach is so, so, stones everywhere. I will go to Turkey again, but will not stay at this hotel. Also, please note, there are 80% Russians, 20% Italians!!! I hope you don't mind.

Hotel village nicely located at the seashore, surrounded by pine trees, which is quite helpful during summer time. Family rooms are pretty basic, but clean and air-conditioned.
Food was excellent, variety of choices, very efficient service during peak times
Sea – pebbled beach, plenty of swimming pools.
All-round entertainment – sports (tennis, football, archery, darts etc), fully equipped gym, animation, evening shows – we were very impressed. Kids’ club – you will be sure your kid will be spending plenty of time there.
Free wireless access around the village center.
About 80% of the guests are from Russia/Ukraine/Moldova, but there was no problem with behaviour. There were also guests from Germany, Italy, Serbia etc.
Minor inconvinience – there were no “do not disturb” signs and cleaners routine is pretty random, there is also a separate person checking mini-bar every day.

Room Tip: There are new family rooms, which are larger

Hotel with excellent facilities for children and great entertainers, great countryside, varied and very tasty food, very friendly stuff (especially children's entertainers).
The remarks are
- accurate access to the beach which is rocky (although there are also pontoons).
- The family room we were in was not 5*, especially not bathroom. Pillows were really horrible- thick and uncomfortable and could not be replaced
Dominated guests are Russians, with a few Italians and Serbs.
All in all, the children enjoyed and we are satisfied with what we got for the price we paid.
