hi we just returned from salima yesterday, stayed there for 5 nights. we got there at around 12.00 noon so our rooms were not yet ready. at the reception the young lady explained the resort and told us to go and have our lunch and look around and come back at around 2.00pm. we headed to the food hall and were gob-smacked with the variety of food on offer.as we are veggies we had to ask to make sure it did not contain any meat but had no issue until one night one of the junior chef told us there was no meat in one of the dishes and it did. many reviews state the food is repetitive which i would disagree even as a veggie i had a good choice. as this is an all inclusive there was no problem with drinks, snacks around the pool bar drinks around the beach as well. rooms are clean and basic this may be due to the fact you don't spend much time in them. i wish the beds were a little more comfortable. pool area gets quiet busy but you will always find a sun-lounger as long as you get there early.guests seem to get distributed around the pool, beach and the gardens so don't worry about getting a sun tan i promise you will. the gardens are well maintained everyday and are beautiful.. pool bar was great just seating there and chillin. the waiters all around the resort are really helpful and do a fantastic job i wish i had taken all there names but one we do remember is amitur. entertainment is a lot of fun for all which takes place throughout the day and a big one at night.guys and gals from the element team you are great. these guys keep us busy during the day with their classes and then at night with performances and the disco. most of the guest at the resort are not from uk so be prepared.(staff do speak english). for water sports just take a little walk past the archery and you will see a shack and book your events. we did the para sailing, jet skis and the banana ride and hassan did us a great package. give hassan a mention that you saw his name on trip advisor. thanks to anna the guest relations manager for taking our comments on board. there is so much to say but i will call it a day. enjoy this resort we did

Everything included except from cappucino, expresso, beef and the drinks in disco :)
Very nice gardens indeed. Boring standart rooms. No hygiene in the pools.
Do not expect so much. Noise of the activities disturbs so much when you are trying to sleep in the room even it is 1 am.

Positives: Good Facilities. Very Good choice of food, catered for all. Very clean restaurant and helpful staff. fantastic entertainment in the evenings. The groumds were very pretty and pool and bar areas very clean too. Pictures on web page. club salima.com very accurate apart from the pics of the rooms. We believe that pics are of the villas that do exist and probubly give the Hotel its 5 star rating. All the turkish staff at this Hotel are superb, The reviews that say different will be from those who themselfs are rude and not willing to make an effort... Negatives: When we arrived and were taken to our room, The room was smaller and more basic than what you see on the web. Bathrooms need updating, Beds very hard, Because of this we had little sleep. But biggest bugbear was the ignorant Russians, Of which this hotel seems to cater for. Very few British. We would say this is a 4star not a 5star. But in all we had a very good holiday.Paul and Sandra from Bristol.

We were in Salima from 2 to 12.September 2013. The weather was fantastic - on the day of departure at 16.30 h temperature of 37 degrees.

The ambiance is wonderful. Enjoyment for all the senses. Lots and lots of greenery, space, maintenance and perfectly clean, many exotic species of plants that have a real holiday for the eyes as you walk through the resort.

Facilities for everything and everyone. If you prefer, you can be active from morning to morning, if you're not interested, you can relax very quietly away from any activity.

Animation team - great!! Perfect professionalism, courtesy, pleasantness of communication established close contact with the guests, the girls in charge of working with children pleasant, professional, so that the little daughter Natalija (4.5 years) did not want to be with us whenever Katja and Anja are there. :-)

If you have children under 7 years - this is the perfect place for you. Beautiful children's slides and pools, well equipped games room with indoor and outdoor space, in a restaurant are available chairs (for babies), as well as a separate nook with a small table and chairs for children, and of course a large TV with cartoons . Large grassy area to play and run, great entertainment throughout the day by the girls in the Mini Club, the organizing games, competitions, social events ... (making sand castles, mini golf, darts, draw ...... .) Mini disco every night from 20:30 to 21:00 where the nursery rhymes kids a great time, again with the help of the girls from the game and a mini club. For slightly older children available online - gaming cafe (extra charge) and a bunch of sports.

The evenings host a show with a variety of topics, excellent trained with professional dancers, repertory circus teams, and several variants of the competition for the resort's guests. All in all - a great time, which lasts up to 23-24h. After that is available to a classic nightlife until the early morning in several clubs and bars. For those who prefer. We slept through that part.

The staff in the restaurant and pool bar welcoming and warm despite the enormous frequency of people throughout the day. Available during the day alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in many varieties, teas, coffee, snacks, cookies, mini pizzas (all of this besides of the main meal in the restaurant).

Rooms tidy, hygiene at a very high level. Rooms cleaned every day, as well as the change of towels and sheets. Beds comfortable. Air condition available with remote controle - not centrally managed. You choose whether, when and how long will it work. TV with 20+ programs, of which several Turkish and international 1-2 - Italian, French, German, Russian .. There are Eurosport and one Serbian channel - RTS 1

In-room safe available, (no extra charge for it) with the combination - with no key :-)
For things that you want to buy and are not included in All inclusive concept - you use a credit card that you get when entering the resort, and where costs are recorded until the day of departure at the reception when you pay that amount, so you literally do not need money during holidays.
Everything is set for relaxed enjoyment.

Food great. Such a choice you can get lost in a restaurant. The quantities available are more than sufficient, restaurant excellent, spacious, no crowds, clean, the staff is constantly removing used dishes and glasses from tables so that the conditions really great. Our favorite spot was on the terrace (covered in a pleasant shade), which overlooks the pool and the pool bar, and the other was an open part facing the beach. Capacity of the restaurant excellent - despite the great number of guests at any given time has a place to sit, and it is easy to get to buffets with food.
At your disposal a huge selection of fruits and vegetables, sweets, salad, sauces, dressings ..... even a whole foods diet - boiled vegetables and meat, a dozen kinds of bread and a variety of pastries ... Juices, coffee drinks, milk, yogurt, fruit yogurt .... All, and more!

If you have children under 7 years - this is the perfect place for you.
If you go to holiday alone - this is the perfect place for you.
If you go to holiday as a couple- this is the perfect place for you.
If you like active holiday - this is the perfect place for you.
If you like peaceful and quiet holiday - this is the perfect place for you.

It seams impossible but it isn't. The resort is so spacious and wide that you can easily find your peaceful spot, on the other side, activities are all around you if you want them. We played beach volley, shot air rifle, used slides at the pool, wife did aerobics, aqua - exercises ...
Animation team is simply great. If I have to choose one thing that was the best in Club Salima - this would be animation team.

I stayed with my family in Club Salima during early August. Despite my booking and request for interconnevting room. We were given rooms in two entirely seperate buildings. Staff was helpful in general . There was nothing extra ordinary.

Rooms are very very very old and discusting. The food is not soo diversify, not like in a real 5* restaurant is designed like university cafeteria which is really bad . Atmosphere and smells are so bad.
Animation is weak. shows are everytime same, they are just dancing everytime and dancers are not synchronized and they are unprofessional.
