Moved to it after staying one day at another hotel and finding it right before beginning of Mall road..
Rooms are good..but a specific advice..if only a couple is going..and have plans of sight seeing whole day..you better choose rooms at ground floor..as rooms at 1st and 2nd floor just have an extra small room for chairs n table..n higher view of lake..for an extra 1000 bucks..but ground floor rooms have a big garden area itself (which is not actually ground floor..as hotel itself is at quite a higher altitude from street)..so who needs another 15 stairs n small balcony by paying extra ;)
I don't know about all staff, but i've got a very attentive and nice service staff dedicated..who took care of everything..
Food was fine..had only dinner there..Breakfast at nearby 'Chandni Chowk' restaurant..very nicely Delhi style created..
Overall suggestion..if you are looking for a luxury or Budget hotel..with perfect location..and can walk around 25 stairs (everytime you go out)..choose this one..in off season..don't even book online..go directly and get rooms at 2K, 2.5K and 3K rates..and rates may seem like a budget hotel..but you bet it is more than that... If you need super luxury hotels..then avoid it..
