My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar Grand for our 25th anniversary September 16-21. We had a fabulous time. The hotel is immaculate and the food is yummy. We can not say enough about the staff. All very professional and genuinely interested in their guest having a great experience. A special thank you to Sasha Gay(front desk) for taking care of us like family, Alwen (Butler) for arranging the most romantic anniversary dinner for 2 on our terrace . Monquie and Kersa(waiters) for always ensuring that we had our favorite drink in hand while relaxing by pool or beach...And lastly the infamous Star Team (Baywatch, Smiley,Mystic,Hashtag,Beep Beep,Vanessa) for the laughs and entertainment.

Just got home from the most amazing week of my life, spent at the Grand. I could write an entire book about how fantastic a time we had on our honeymoon, but I'll keep it short and sweet. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond, but I want to specifically mention my butlers, Keen, Taniel, and above all, Reynaldo. You guys.....you make the magic happen, I have never gotten service like you gave me anywhere else. To Andre the bartender, keep the Gargle Blasters coming, I will travel 3000kms again just to have you make me another. And to my boys on the beach, Baywatch, Smiley and all the rest.....keep that party banging. My man Eion working the door......All of you.

We all the same meat, we just cooked in a different sauce.

The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the beach is amazing. I just found really hard to make reservations for a la carte restaurants and since is “low” season only some restaurants are open. The butler was useless since he couldn’t find a reservation for our anniversary and we pretty much ate the same everyday, we saw him once and were never offered his assistance. Is a 5 Star hotel and since I paid for a 5 Star hotel I expected way more. Probably during the summer the service is different but I don’t like traveling in high season. Nice place

Iberostar Grand Rose Hall was wonderful! 5 stars for everything! The food, beach, service, resort, room, entertainment, and spa were perfect! Can't wait to go back!! The party on the beach, the yogurt foam at breakfast, and the fruit flambe are not to be missed!!

Room tip: Room 5425 had an amazing view of the ocean and the pool area.

I was very impressed with the Iberostar Grand in Montego Bay! The accommodations were beautiful, the grounds, beaches and pools were very clean, well-maintained and inviting, and the staff was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed all of the food and entertainment, too. I would highly recommend this property, and we look forward to a return visit!

Room tip: The views from the ocean front rooms are fantastic! The butler and concierge services are very useful.
