Went there Sunday lunch time, whilst ordering our drinks from a good selection of reasonably priced wines and beers, a lady was having a talk to the staff members at the other side of the bar explaining how to do their jobs properly etc when dealing with customers, a pity she spend so much time doing this and not as much time putting into action. We went to the restaurant, only 2 others in at that time, we had to wait over 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Ordered the salmon at 12 pounds, although it was lovely it only came with 3 new potatoes, 3 bits of asparagus and some hollandaise sauce, not very good value for money. The puddings were better though, the sticking (something) parkin pudding with ice cream and the ice cream sundae were definately value for money and plentiful.we might go again if passing but would not make a habit of it.
