It's very nice and classy hotel, and there is lot things to enjoy and the food is very nice too. It's ok if you make your reservation based on bb only because there are many restaurants for several levels you can enjoy.

Room Tip: It's a beach hotel and you'll find night activities with little bit noise but that's enj...

it is my 5th time to stay there, it is becoming worse and it doesnt worth the money at all, bathrooms arenot clean and the staff are very rude, their attitude is very bad (reception, parking, cinema and bodyguards) i had many incidents during my last stay and i made a complaint against them to the manager, it became messy and chaotic
no system applied on the entrance of outsiders for the mall to facilitate the entrance of the guests with their pass cards.
not recommended at all

was very impressed by the size of the resort and its facilities, check-in looked chaotic, but was actually seamless. as we arrived early and the rooms were not ready, we left our luggage with reception and were given towel cards to use the facility. when we got back to reception, our rooms were ready and as we had reserved them. our sea view rooms were clean, had a nice balcony and a great view. hotel side beach is a bit small for the size of the operation, but they do have an alternative, that is great. you do need to make a 10 minute boat ride to the opposite shore, which is quite pleasant once you're on the boat. lack of management and organisation means that the poor employees have to put up with shouting and chaos from guests not wanting to follow the non existing system .... my main issue was with the main restaurant. we were obliged to take the half board, however never had dinner in their buffet. The main restaurant was understaffed and had no management presence to organise things. the staff mostly accommodating and trying to help, but well and truly overwhelmed by the number of people there. food lacked quality, choice and taste. even the fool and taameya (local staple) were poor. the Qs for the egg station were amazingly long and again the poor cooks did not get any help from supervisory or management. Pool areas were great, but cleanliness can be improved. overall a nice resort and good facilties, but management needs to improve food and service. as we were a large family together wanting to have a good time together, we ignored all the bad points and enjoyed ourselves and tryied all theri other restaurants which had good food>

Room Tip: go for seaview for great views, but expect to hear the music till late. if you want a quiet room, g...

This place just met our needs for the Eid break in Cairo. It was a very last minute booking on Saturday and so we got the only rooms available (garden view). The room was just basic but spacious enough to take the 4 of us. The check-in was fast and Mohammed at the front desk was very upfront + very helpful in our check-in. Given it was the Eid holidays all the shops were open but not over crowded. Despite this parking was a big challenge with cars being parked on the roads. There is though an option of valet parking and your car will be parked in the official car park for fee of EGP20/day.
The good points
- The friendliness of the restaurant staff at Breakfast; simply excellent!
- It had it's own private beach with loads of fun stuffs to do
- The room was spacious enough and cleaned daily
- Buffet dinner (according to my wife and daughter) was very good
- Overall ambiance of the place was beautiful
The not so good
- La Pizzarie restaurant; we waited for almost 1hr and our food was not ready even though all the guests that arrived before us were all getting served. Why? No one could explain!
- the bed was not comfortable; we had 2 twin beds to sleep 4 of us :(
- The lighting in the room was poor and you needed to rely on the sunlight from the window to get good lights in the room
- Am sure putting LED or LCD TVs in the room would be nice :)
- The room & bathroom was just basic
- The beach was a tad too small
- It was a challenge to enter our room as the cards always failed to work immediately
If you are looking for a weekend getaway and really don't mind a 286ish road trip then i'd recommend this place.

I tried to hold on, give my self some time to cool off before writing any reviews or giving any feedbacks to friends or family. So, this review won't be me venting off angrily, but just the sad horrible truth. We booked online a 4200 LE a night, 3 bedrooms, sea view apartment in April, just to find that our apartment was double booked upon arrival in July, and it is no longer available. Their idea for a compensation was a 6000 LE a night, two bedroom apartment, that does not have a sea view or even a pool view. It was only more expensive because it was called a "Royal" suite. The staff in the reception were super rude to both me, my wife and even my 70 years old mother in law, when we expressed our frustration for their unilateral "change of plans". The A/C wasn't working for the first day and a half, the extra bed they promised for my daughter wasn't available until late in our first night, the appartment they gave us enjoyed the amazing view of the commercial booths just in front of our first floor flat. They gave all five of us just one access card to both the building and the appartment, cause we would just stick together at all times!!!

This was an extremely overpriced disaster, they don't care about customer satisfaction whatsoever, so don't even bother to complain. If u value ur sanity and ur money, AVOID THIS PLACE.

The resort looks luxury and breathtaking but it's not like this at all.I stayed there for 3 days, I went there when it was empty in may only two or three couples was there so no shops were open only few restaurants. Only small part of the sea to swim in and it wasn't clean. the bed linens wasn't changed and it was unclean, the room bathroom smells terrible and horrible all the time. the elevator brokedown so we have to use stairs all time. the buffet was useless the food tastes bad, no food varities, the place where the buffet was in full with mosquitoes and houseflies.
The ONLY thing we enjoyed there was sitting infront of the sea and staying at the room watching the sea.

Room Tip: not recommended at all even the sea view rooms
