The plan was, that staying closer to the Airport, and getting a good night's sleep, would make our rather long journey (US, via UK)., less stressful. Unfortunately, it did not work out to plan.
The hotel is very attractive inside, and the gentleman on Reception was very helpful with parking ,and luggage etc.
The room was clean, not very well lit, but adequate.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms(not in ours anyway!)
What is important: Ask for a quiet room.-The hotel is on an industrial site, and, unfortunately, the noise from the lorries went on most of the night.
Check the air conditioning is adequate, before you get ready for sleeping. We didn't, and found we could not turn it down, and the room was hot, and stuffy. As the AC seems "Set", I imagine all rooms would be the same.
I booked a "Package"", which included a full breakfast. This also proved to be a mistake, as we found the breakfast offered to be about the worst we have ever seen. Just some congealed scrambled eggs, and, thin, fatty bacon was the difference between Full breakfast, and Continental (which was also poor, in choice, and quality).
There are no hotels directly at Alicante Airport, but, there other hotels close by. Sadly, I feel I made the wrong choice.More
