Hampton Court Castle is a great place to visit with fantastic views and colourful well planted gardens. All the Gardens are Accessible and the ground floor of the castle. Our Guide around the Castle was Gill who was great fun and very knowledgeable. The cafe in the Castle serves delicious food and was very fresh. There are lists of sculptures and water features and a sunken garden. This venue is beautiful and well worth a visit and plenty of parking and loos.
Great place for photography too 😊

Stumbled across this place whilst searching Google maps for days out. We were staying nearby and it hadn't come up in any searches for things to do with kids, nor had we seen any leaflets on our travels! We've had a thoroughly fantastic day out exploring the grounds, playing on the play equipment and watching a fab jousting show twice! The sunken garden looked really magical and everything was beautifully maintained. Lunch in the cafe was good and there was plenty of seating. Lots of benches in the shade near the playground too. The interior of the castle was well presented and interesting to look at too although the kids were more interested in exploring the grounds. Sculptures and themed areas added to the magic nature of the place.

We loved this place! We did not go into the house, which I don't believe was open on our day but the gardens were beautifully laid out. The many different beds had a great look of not being over organised but full of colour and variety. There are water features everywhere, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings, a river walk, a nice café with external seating and free parking. We will return, a great discovery!

Day out with my Mum and Dad. Not been for a long time. It was fantastic to see the gardens, water and the Maze was fun. Last time I visited the maze was just planted. So much to do and see. Event today was all about Bees. Did the castle tour on 12.30 today. Our tour guide was fantastic. History and all the items. A must place to vist. The cafe and choice of food. Yummy. Thank you and I will be back.

A great place to visit, despite the rain we had great day out. The gardens are really interesting and we had a fun time working our way through the maze to the tower and really cool sunken garden. We had a tour of the castle and then lunch, which was well priced and was to a very good standard, I highly recommend the quiche! All in all a great place to visit for a relaxed potter around a beautiful location.
