A much anticipated 2 days stay turned into a real disappointment (resulting in an early departure). The first one being that this hotel is some distance from the mountains with unfortunately none of the spectacular views. Although the colonial mansion and the gardens are beautiful, there is a tired feel to it and the decor and amenities are outdated (a cappuccino machine is surely a basic in this day and age). The meals are uninspiring, and the staff not well-trained although everyone was very friendly. The chalets are in urgent need of a make-over and a hair dryer should be a standard item in the room.
Although there is great potential for this resort, unfortunately at this stage it is not recommended.
