We have just returned from our second stay here. We enjoyed last summer so much, we decided there was no point booking anywhere else. The rooms are still large and comfortable the location is still great, if you don't mind the short but trying hike up killer hill, the amenities are still great...but. The cleanliness and baud service is not what it was last year, we only saw the maid twice during a two week stay, towels and linen changed three times, the pool cleaners were lethargic and seemed uninterested, we followed them round to complete their work to our satisfaction on a couple of occasions. I could be nit picking here but the service we received was not as good as 12 months ago. That all having been said, it's a fantastic base for a laid back holiday in a great resort.

VG 3 bedroom villa, and pool. Cleaned regularly, plenty of towels. Good pool and again regularly cleaned.Wifi ok. All staff VG.
Being picky now!! 6 sunbeds but only 1 parasol. More shade required. We had small children and baby. [1 extra brought on request]
No safety gate at top of steps
Very windy when we were there [great, cooler etc],but rear bedroom with shutters was noisy. Wind whistling like crazy at night so sleep disturbed
Not enough crockery for 6 adults/children. Basically 1 of each. Had to buy 4 large mugs for tea!!
Bathroom plumbing rather dated now
You cant choose your neighbours. We were lucky, but 3 doors down were the children from hell. Why do parents allow their kids to scream so much? Is that the only way to enjoy your holiday by making as much noise as possible
No lounger covers as shown in picture
Only being picky as I said, but try them you wont be disappointed

We stayed here from 18th May to 25th May in Villa Number 4. The villa was sparkling clean and the receptionist was very welcoming when we arrived, she showed us to our villa and showed us how to use the alarm, washing machine dishwasher etc then she showed us where the supermarket was and how to get to the town. The villa was serviced twice while we were there and the pool guy came every morning before we even woke up to clean around the pool and empty the bins at the pool. We got loads of clean towels and there were some bathroom toiletries supplied but we had brought our own anyway.
We had free wifi which was great, it kept dropping out but i found if you just kept opening the browser on google it worked fine.
It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket and its about a 10 min walk to the strip (this was a stroll not a brisk walk). It was 3 euros in a taxi from the commercial center to the villa.
Overall we had a brilliant holiday it was so quiet and relaxing and peaceful i would definitely reccomend these villas to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday or people with children it would be ideal. The staff were friendly, the villa spotless and the location was great. Only one problem we had was we found the mattresses quite hard but nothing else to complain about

Room Tip: Villa 4 has great sunshine from sunrise to sunset

A perfect place to stay in Peurto Del Carmen. We didn't even find the hill a problem. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us. First villa l've been to which supplied cleaning products and tea towels. It may be a good idea to supply bathroom cleaning products as well because in a week we saw the maid twice and she didn't touch the bathrooms only changed the bed once and the towels twice. The swimming pool was a lovely size. l didn't particulary want to cook but l have to agree with another review that an oven would have been more useful that a dishwasher. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was very relaxing. Would like to have rated it 4.5 stars but the half a point was lost due to the bathroom situation.

An ideal place to stay in Puerto Del Carmen far enough away from the cut and thrust of the strip close enough to walk to all the great bars and restaurants. Ideal from groups plenty of space to stretch out. Could have done with cushions for sunbeds, exist in the brochure but not on the ground. Wifi is a serious problem in the villas with no adequate coverage. I had to camp out in the office and connect to a different network in order to catch up with my emails! Overall I would go back tmrw but let's have some cushions and access to Wifi as advertised!
