We visit this Casino on our visits to Lanzarote and my advice as a frequent player is to avoid this place unless you speak or understand the language or you will lose your shirt. The gaming machines are all in Spanish and if you don't read the language you won't have a clue what you are doing. My wife and I select to play 1cent x 20 lines and ended up playing 20 euros a play losing 40 euros in the blink of an eye. The staff completely ignore you and offer no advice. They seem to be there to pay-out or give change. You can easily lose 200 euros in a very quick time. My advice is 'give it a miss and spend your money wisely elsewhere.' There is a door leading to a higher class casino or 'inner sanctum' at the back but there is little or no access to it for the tourist, just gaming machines in Spanish at the entrance.
