Lovely apartment, only a 5/10 min walk down to the strip. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated, nice little touch. The terrace got the sun for most of the day and the pool is practically on your doorstep though too deep for me to venture in as its all the one level. It was nice sitting on the edge dangling your feet. Both Neil & Denise (Maintenance) are only a phone call away if you have problems or want water delivered. Definitely recommend the appt to others.

Just returned from a 5 night stay and can honestly say it was perfect.....the apartment was well equipped with everything and more,the welcome pack was a lovely addition to get you started.
Location of the apartment is ideal, close enough to local shops, bars, cafes etc...but far enough away too.
I basically had the pool area to myself most of the day which is sunny all day long.
Angus was amazing with answering all my queries as a single traveller new to this part of Lanzarote and will definitely be returning next year.

This is a nice little apartment in a quiet private complex. Booking was easy.
We are a family of three (with 14 year old)
On arrival it was clean, tidy and a bottle of wine, bottle of water, tea and sugar etc. waiting. The apartment did us fine, our son had the sofa bed, my missus and eye the bedroom. In hindsight though, the complex was probably not 100% suitable for us, we like to mess around and play games in the pool but the complex is for a more relaxed atmosphere, and its a deep pool made for a quick dip to cool off. but it was excellent when we did just want to chill out and relax and sunbathe. Its a great spot for sunbathing in the afternoon.

I would say this apartment is ideal for couples who are looking for a quiet place to stay which is not to far away from the beach, bars and restaurants.

We followed some of the owners tips on where to Eat/Drink and were not disappointed.

Apartment was cleaned and sheets, towels etc, changed half way through stay. the only time we needed to contact the Manager was to obtain the key to use the washing machine.

Very quiet complex, clean apartment with comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. No need to step over the bidet to get in the shower. The welcome pack was a great help.
There was a problem with the water on two separate days but this was sorted quickly by Neil.
