Las Costas is a Great Hotel we would not stay any where else when we travel to Lanzarote
Staff first class and very helpful and Friendly
To Mention.
Cristina-- in reception was great, helpful and always greeted you with a smile
Stella-- in the restaurant ( hope I got the name right) from Hungary always had a little chat at meal times a pleasure to talk to and a Great little smile
Cortinia-- hope I spelt name right, house keeping cleaned our room every day to a high standard very friendly and helpful even though her English was limited enjoyed our little chats

Location very good just right beside the beach and 2 minutes walk to the shops
Great range of Food for every taste

Room Tip: I have stayed in a couple of different rooms and I think they are all up to the same great standard

This was our 6th visit and we enjoyed another excellent holiday. The situation of the hotel suits , on the beach, and close to the start of the commercial area of PDC. The cleaning of the superb rooms is first class and on this occasion we used the pool every day , not busy, as children were at school!
The only downside was that we thought the choice of food was not as good as previous years but , we never went hungry.
Looking forward to our 7 th visit.

Room Tip: We booked a side sea view room.

Stayed here for a week in March.
Bedrooms are fine - clean but beds aren't that comfy. TV has 3 English channels (BBC, Its & channel 4) which I think is great! Towels only changed if you leave them on the floor. Also, the floors get VERY slippery when they've just been cleaned by the maids.
Food - loads of choice and every night had a different theme. Chinese night was definitely the best! My husband wasn't a huge fan of the evening food but there was always something for him to ear and it was cooked well
Location- within walking distance to rancho texas (we loved it!) and the main strip in Puerto del carmen. Also, you are literally right on the beach, however a lot of the ladies like to get toilets which is fine if you don't have young children!
Reception staff were amazing!! They're all fluent in 3 languages, helpful and informative. We ended up having to go to hospital one night and the receptionist took it upon herself to do us all huge plates of food as we had missed dinner and not eaten due to being in hospital for hours on end!
If I ever went back to lanzarote, I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all. The only reason I have minused a star is because of the bed (I just think it's important to have a decent bed!)

We stayed during Easter 18 in a sea view room, which was lovely and worth the extra money. It was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning!
The hotel was spotless, with everywhere being cleaned to a very high standard. All the staff were so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived before 2pm but were able to check in straight away, which was perfect. Sunbeds are plentiful, and although there's a sign saying do not reserve, there are always a few who still do!
Ignore the negative reviews about the food, it is lovely, plenty of choice...the best ones in my opinion were the freshly grilled meats and fish. There are shops just outside the hotel entrance to buy drinks to keep in the large fridge in the room. We booked a coach transfer, but next time would catch a bus (stop outside hotel) or a taxi, both take about 10 minutes.

Room Tip: room 1082 has a wonderful sunrise view

We stayed again in the Hotel las Costas for one week in April 2018. We are from N Ireland and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have had. The Hotel management and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were just great. There was all you could eat with plenty of variety of fresh food every day.
The rooms were spacious and very clean the pools were big and there were plenty of sun loungers. There was a great friendly atmosphere about the hotel and you were made to feel very welcome.
When we arrived about 11am in the morning our room was ready for us plus a little surprise because we were returning Guests (very thoughtful) .......My wife Denise and myself look forward to going again to Las Costas Hotel soon we hope.
