Great value (adults-only) apartments. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Nicely situated for exploring old and new town areas. No need to use the steep steps - you can have a nice easy stroll via the road, and its not a great deal further!! Bar staff great - food and drinks are reasonably priced. Supermarkets nearby. Modern, clean and bright lounge and dining areas. Only possible criticism would be that apartment rooms require some updating. Air conditioning would make them more comfortable for sleeping. Room was cleaned twice during the week- not a great problem for us. We asked for some clean towels and were given them without complaint. I would definitely return for a great value break in the sun.

Room Tip: Request pool view room

Arrive in mid afternoon entering through bright and pleasant hall with views to pool area and sitting lounge, friendly receptionist gave us our key to room 206 stating that it had pool view ,walked up lovely marble stair and hall to room door entered and stepped back 20 years in time to a very poor quality room with old and unsafe glass sliding doors and when opened sounded like a road roller going past and faced a" road not the pool,,poor decor, ,poor sliding cupboard doors with patched up holes in them,,a fridge with no door shelves in it and rusty along bottom, ingrained dirt in room corners , smell of damp..When we went back to the reception another receptionist who had just come on duty stated that that was our room and they had no others, this we discovered was not true as the apartments were hardy full ,but we decided to make the best of it sprayed the room with air freshener and went out,we later discovered the smell from the drains in this room is vile and had to leave the doors open to air it.,Also shower is over bath and no slip mat provided ,very easy to slip and hurt oneself.,Beds are single narrow with lumpy pillows, and sheets were changed after 5 nights ,as we were here for seven that meant last two nights with clean sheets that should be change by at least the forth.
If you want to go to the pool area it meant having to walk along internal corridors and the reception to do so ,even the g/f rooms to pool had to do this.
The pool and entrance/lounge area has been well done and is a credit to the staff who maintain it but the rooms let the place down badly.Staff are efficient and friendly but only to a point.
would i stay here again as far as the quality" NO."

These apartments are situated in a part of Puerto del Carmen between old and new towns up a very steep hill called "heart attack hill"and access by this or 153 steps makes it difficult, should anyone have any mobility problems it is not for them or the faint hearted.
Having visited Lanzarote several times but not this area , it is not for me and i will give it a miss next time.
.

Room Tip: You need to state pool view on booking.,if you get there and want to change they want 15 euros to do...

I stayed for 10 days, found the apartments adequate, Disappointing that only cleaned room every 3 days, never came across this before. Wi Fi you have to pay extra for €15 for a week. The pool area was great, lovely size, always get a sun loungers. Quiet room was tastefully decorated & really nice chill out area. The bar was great had many fun times times there & Ian the barman is so friendly, happy hour 4-5 pm at the bar. A plus point only adults allowed at the apartments. Mainly English & Irish staying here. I would return

We arrived at around 8.30pm and were allocated room 102, we dumped our bags then went for a walk down to the main strip in which we ended up going in a 2 4 1 bar and then well.... Can't remember getting in! Brill night. The rooms are very basic but very clean which to me is the main thing, we looked onto the back which was not a nice view due to maintanace taking place but private which was also nice. On the second day a lot of building work was taking place from around 8am in the morning which was right next to our room, road drills and alsorts were being used which you can imagine at 8am wasn't nice when we were not coming home until late. One afternoon as we were by the pool all day we decided to make lunch in the room but the noise was horrendous so we couldn't relax, by the 4th morning I had enough so went to reception to ask if we could change rooms due to the noise, I was told that I would have to pay 15 euros to do this but when I said it wasn't our fault and we were only changing due to the horrendous noise and being directly next door the lovely lady agreed we should take our bags to reception at 12 and we would be allocated another room at 1pm which we were, it was 211 with a pool view which was fine and quiet.. We didn't eat in the hotel but did have a few drinks during happy hour sat by the pool which was lovely and also cleaned during our stay. I would definitely go back to these apartments if we decided to go back to puerto del Carmen.

TOP MARKS FOR A BEAUTIFUL FRIENDLY RESORT - Really was not expecting much at all However, and thats a big However!! Was impressed when we arrived, the place was fabulous. Clean, fresh looking, and the "team of staff" amazingly friendly. I did request a pool room, and yes this was accommodated. We were spoilt with a beautiful clean room - the kitchen area had everything we would require. We brought some tea bags and coffee supplies with us as we had a late flight, but there was no need as the bar/restaurant was open and all shops too nearby. Whilst on route and also leaving on the coach via transfers we did notice that ours was the better place to have stayed for sure.
If you suffer the heat like me at night why not hire a fan - very reasonable at 12 euro for the week, perfect!
The Pool !!! WOW - every morning they had two nice gentlemen tidying up the pool area and gardens keeping them immaculate and even tidying up the loungers which you do not have to put towels on to reserve as they have plenty of them! Bug bear to the guys that did this.
The Bar/Restaurant - very keenly priced - and they also had a happy hour too. There was also a cool lounge if you just wanted a quiet drink in your own company. The bar area was the place to meet and greet. Everyone we met at this resort was so friendly. It was nice for us 50ish lot as we could leave the kids at home and have some peaceful time for ourselves.
Getting to the Beach/Shops etc - you are going to need a fairly healthy heart. Yes there is a Cardiac Hill but also another route has steps 138 exactly! However, if you go slightly to the left of the resort then its not so steep. But even I could do it - I was shamefully overtaken by an elderly lady of 80 but hey I did it quite a few times over our stay.

Room Tip: Any room is great, I did request a pool room and yes its was great, but all the rooms have a balcony...

Just got back June 8th, forget all the old reviews, this place has really been given a thorough overall, nice staff, clean rooms, smashing shower, didn't see one cockroach, no mossies, everything in apartment quite adequate for two people. loved the resident cat, she was no bother at all, and NO KIDS running around. If we had to complain about anything it would be that the tele only showed the news, and the pillows were a bit hard, but we would definitely stay again. Keep up the good work.

Room Tip: Depends on ones preferences, we liked having the sun on the patio in the morning, great for breakfas...
