Have stayed only once at the Riu Bravo, but we have been investigating other areas. However, this hotel is the best of the others we have tried. We went with Saga, so the package was 'All Inclusive', very bad for the waist-line!. We are returning Oct 2013 for 3 weeks.
The hotel is situated a little back from a lovely promenade and long sandy beach. There are many varied shops and eating places, although the 'spanish' influence is somewhat lacking.
The hotel food is extremely good and varied. Try to book for any of their 'themed' evening meals outside near the pool - well worth it.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, one cannot find fault.
If one wants to visit the Capital, the bus stop is very close, and for very little cost the journey is fast using the 'Non Stop' service. Get of the bus at the Plaza de Espana.More
