Very small room but clean. Reception staff officious, and not all giving the same advice and information.food plentiful but restrictive for the English palate. This Hotel is mainly set up to cater for the German traveler.very poor entertainment programme at this time of year. if you have young children do not go as very little for them to do.

Room Tip: Request room over pool so that the sun on your balcony for longer, and you get a sea view.

If you want to have a relaxing vacation, this is not the hotel you are looking for. There is a veery high risk of overselling, so there is a chance you'll have to spend a night in another hotel. 90 procent of the people here are german, and that means a lot of noise till the early morning. They really lack manners. The staff is kind, but they only speak german and spanish. The food is okay, a lot of choice. If you like swimming in the sea, this is the place to be. The sea is very clear. The swimming pool is extremely small and there are only a few chairs.

So to my opinion you should pick another hotel in this neighborhood.

Room Tip: Take a room on the highest floor on the side of the street for the fewest noise.

The hotel is really well-presented and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late saturday night after a flight delay, and were welcomed by a good looking man with glasses of wine (always a treat). Our room was small but very clean and really quite comfortable, and we had a perfect view of the bar area and gardens. The hotel had predominantly german guests - we were the only english people there - and to be honest we liked that because we could just keep to ourselves and didn't have to endure the usual holiday small talk. The pool area was lovely, we could always get sunbeds and the bar was very well-stocked, the staff efficient. The highlight of the holiday was when it was my partner's birthday (the staff must have checked on the passport or the website booking). We didn't even mention it to the staff, but when we returned from the beach there was a bottle of champagne type stuff in our room! Then, we went down to our dinner table and it had been set with special napkins/candles etc and a further bottle of champagne. This was a real surprise, and a lovely touch. Overall, the food was excellent - always fresh and lots of variety. The atmosphere of the hotel was really lovely and the entertainment was good. I would return there in a heartbeat, as Playa de Palma also has a fantastic beach and lovely cafes/bars/shops. We had a fantastic time!

Hi, we are a couple from Portugal. We stayed for a 7 days period and we had a good stay.

We kinda knew we would be at german territory but i must say this is what made a bad impression out of the hotel and area.
The Germans lack manners, especially when it comes to leaving the beach clean and respect the fellow door neighboor at the hotel.
The hotel staff were kind enough to ask for several times if we were having problems with mo many germans, but we said no. On a side note, they have good staff, always asking if everything is ok and always ready to help.
There's not much to do at the hotel, mostly you see germans by the pool sipping beer, the pool is rarely used, i would assume it's because of its cold water temperature as it rarely sees the sun directly. During the day there's no animation by the staff. By night they have someone playing german cd's or singing 70's songs in a lousy engligh accent or .. guess what.. german songs.

Now for the good part, we did like the food, the room, and the beach. We went on an excursion but we didn't really like it. Maybe we chose the wrong one.
Also the all-inclusive is quite good if you're going on sunny days and/or you like to give drinks a go.

A friend of mine stayed at Riu Playa Park and from what he told me, if you are looking for some animated hotel you'd probably want to pick this one, it's only a block away. The whole german bla bla bla still applies though :)

Furthermore, i would advise picking another side of the island, is i visit Mallorca again i'm gonna stay at Magalluf. And if you are from Portugal, do pick Magalluf.

I stayed in the hotel with 3 friends at the beginning of april 2005.

The rooms are not big, but very complete and very clean what can be said of the whole hotel. Also the staff is very kind and always helpfull. It was also very quite over there (except a few singing germans).

The pool is tidy but rather small for the hotel and with not that many seats but the sea is just a walk a way so that ain't much of a problem.

The only bad point was the kitchen. There is variety but the food is a little bit tastless.

In the end it is a good hotel, certainly if you consider what you pay for an all in (this you should definitly take).
