We got a good deal for this hotel through MakeMyTrip; otherwise it would have been expensive! The rooms are done nicely; very comfortable. The food was okay; plus point being the variety they serve. They have a lavish buffet for breakfast and lunch. Which again would like to point out was reasonably priced for us thanks to the deal we got! The staff was courteous and prompt in service. The wi-fi connectivity was also good (much to our surprise). Being centrally located places like Dharampeth (Gokulpeth), Phutala Lake, Sitabuldi (Baddi, Eternity Mall), Empress City Mall are close (10-20mins away). We received free pick up and drop from the airport which was very convenient and most importantly without any delay.

So I were here for a business trip & was happy to be residing at hotel center point. Friendly staff, good hospitality & an amazing wi-fi connectivity ensured that my trip was smooth. The central location was an added advantage! Overall, a good one!

The good things:
*Breakfast spread is really nice. Especially the indian breakfast. The continental items are indianized version, but still decent. If you are calorie consious you'll still find decent things on the breakfast spread.
*housekeeping staff is very courteous.
*Excellent Location, right in the middle of city.
*Seems to have a guest parking. Didn't use it as I had a rented car with chauffer.

Average:
*The rooms are small. But architechted very skilfully to create notion of space using wall spanning mirrors.
*soundproffing of the rooms

Bad:
*There is nothing that struck me as bad.

suggestion: (If centre point cares)
*The front desk staff is a bit uptight. If they smile and chat up the guests would feel more welcomed.

Have booked this hotel on numerous occasions for the Banquets as their food is simply the best in the city as far as banquets are concerned.

This time around booked a suite as well. I was amazed to see the suite which was huge in size and had very modern interiors and facilities.

My stay was very comfortable and staff was extremely courteous no matter what time of the day!

Will definitely book this hotel for all purposes in the near future.

Room Tip: 5th Floor is excellent

We had booked a hall and rooms at Centre Point both for holding a personal event and for the stay of our guests who had arrived for the event . Turned out to be an excellent choice. And the clincher for us -- check-in is 24 hours. We had guests arriving at different points of time from early morning to late evening. They were checked into promptly with breakfast facility from day 1 to the last day. The breakfast spread is excellent and though if you book via the net, you are advised of a continental breakfast -- it is not so so. It is a combination of Indian and continental with a live dosa counter amongst others. Absolutely no nitpicking of breakfasts based on the number of nights you had booked for . We were very delighted with this as generally hotels have a noon check-in which turns out very inconvenient if you have arrived early. Our guests were checked in immediately on arrival which was very welcome after a long travel. The reservation office ( Mr Jitesh and I forget the lady's name) ; the front desk ( Mr Jitendra and all the others ), the staff at the restaurant were always very co-operative, welcoming and always with a smile. The staff at the hall where we held our event, were also very helpful bringing in tea, coffee ,milk for the aged in our group promptly. The food served in the event was excellent. As it happens in events, we suddenly required flowers, milk and some consumables for a ritual. The location of the hotel turned out excellent for the same, as we picked up flowers from a small flower shop in the adjoining building and the other consumables from the grocery stores again in the adjoining building. We were glad that our decision to hold the event and book the hotel also for our guests stay turned out to be a good decision. The only odd point was one of the rooms with a three member stay was given an extra mattress placed on the floor and not on a cot. We have never heard of a star rating hotel doing so and so we had never foreseen of this happening. We unfortunately got to hear about this very late from our guest ( and after paying for the extra bed) and this was very embarrassing to us personally as hosts. Secondly, if you are holding an event at the hotel, do remember to keep a buffer of an hour for cleaning the event room by the staff . Even if they promise you the room early, the cleaning by the staff is done only as per shift duty which is okay if you aware of it.

My stay at this hotel was only for one night. Over all my stay was good and but not as comfortable as I had expected to be because of some minor issues. The lobby and reception area is not as spacious but has a decent ambiance. The check in was fast. The staff was courteous. The executive room that I stayed had all the amenities that a 3-4 star hotel offers which included the central air-conditioning, LCD TV with a set top box, tea coffee maker. Refrigerator and electronic safe that are now a days standard amenities in most of the 3-4 star hotels were missing, The decor of the room was pleasant and the lighting too was appropriate. so far as the size of the room was concerned i found length to be fairly long but the width wasn't enough. There was hardly one and a half feet space between the end of the bed and the wall and therefore I found it difficult to move comfortably around the room. In fact on couple of occasions I had the misfortune of accidentally hitting my leg against the bed. The less space between the bed and the wall is a major issue. The toilet was clean and nicely done up. All basic toiletries are provided along with the hair dryer. No issues so far as toilet is concerned. In room service is good. The food served in the room was quite decent. The breakfast has a decent verity but needs improvement in the quality of south Indian dishes served specially sambar and the idlies. The hotel offers Wi-fi but as I did not avail of the facility as was un aware till my check out, I am unable to comment on the service. The hotel is located in the city center area which is bit crowded as compared to other star hotels located on Wardaha road. Lastly the incident which irritated me was that after my check out the 3-4 bell boys and watchmen standing around my car and going on wishing me " Good Morning" till I was compelled to shell out about Rs 100/ as tip to them to avoid embarrassment. This does not reflect good for 4 star hotel. The management and the front office manager should immediately take necessary steps to stop such acts.

Room Tip: Avoid executive rooms if staying for more than one night.
