Such a lovely place to stay.
Parking is easy as it is to the side of the cottage. It is extremely comfortable and Richard will always have a very warm welcome awaiting all guests.
The breakfasts are large and the food is of good quality and nicely cooked.
The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and up to date.
The Cottage sitting room has a really nice calming atmosphere, where there is a TV and Internet access.
There is always Tea or Coffee to be had and biscuits are always available in a tin on the table.
If one was to enquire of the availability of home made Muffins, there may be some available, and boy are they good, thanks to Geraint, but don't tell him that they are that good ;)
Rose Cottage is indeed a real gem and great value.
Gail & Mike

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. A really lovely old cottage with off street parking. There is a cosy and pretty sitting room for guests to use with television, computer available, a good selection of teas/coffee and quality biscuits. The beds were most comfortable, the rooms very spacious and clean, a good choice of options for breakfast which was extremely generous and perfectly cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for these owners, our every need considered. We were a party of four going to a party several miles away and Richard [owner] escorted us there via a shortcut on country lanes to save us a longer journey. Apart from the great pleasure of staying in this B&B, it is also incredible value for money. Many thanks from Mark Mary Wendy Ian.

If you are thinking of walking the Sandstone Trail as we did, over three days, Rose Cottage is almost exactly two thirds of the way . We were met by Richard who could not have been more welcoming and caring throughout out one night stay.Great attention to detail , lovely lounge with TV,our room modern with lovely shower facility.
Breakfast ordered from a menu the night before was really good. Think before you order the 'full English'. It was perfectly cooked and mega-Olympic! Handy for evening meal just up the road .
We left rejuvenated to complete a lovely walk. Thanks Richard from Dave & Hilary
