My only regret is that we only found this restaurant on our last night so couldn't go back! It is tucked away and can be tricky to find but do try. The menu is extensive with lots of hot and cold tapas as well as more substantial main courses. Our meal was delicious - I had fish and my Mum had steak, as well as sharing a couple of warm tapas to start. We didn't want the meal to end so, unusually for us, we even had dessert! Definitely the best meal we had in Tenerife.

Sebastian's was very close to sunset bay. The food was delicious and there was a wide choice. Initially chosen for convenience but pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Sebastian's is a lovely restaurant and is definitely worth a visit. We went three times during our holiday and each time the food was excellent. On our first visit we had Tapas, there is a great choice and the portions are generous. On our other visits we had the local fish with prawns and fillet steak with Rioja sauce. You get a choice of vegetables or salad and a varied choice of potatoes. The ones with a spicy tomato sauce were delicious. The desserts were homemade and the chocolate sponge was a definite winner. In addition to the high quality food there was entertainment with a classical guitarist one evening and a vocalist playing guitar on another. The staff were lovely. On our second time there was a very large party but the level of service was still excellent. All the staff work really hard to provide the great food and service. Feedback is encouraged and staff ask you to put comments in a diary. For the quality of food we all felt it was good value for money, three courses plus a bottle of Cava was less than 100 Euros for three of us. This is definitely a restaurant not to be missed. The restaurant is busy and I would recommend making a reservation.

We visited here twice during our stay in Sunset Bay.
Very reasonable prices for the quality they serve. Good food makes my holiday, and the Sebastian's certainly did.
All the staff are very friendly and very profesional.
Will highly recommend.A must if you are in Adjei

Visited this restaurant based on the excellent trip advisor reviews and wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing, absolutely lovely tapas accompanied by a lovely white wine sangria (never had a white wine version before this), finished off by a lovely ricotta cheesecake. Set slightly back from all the 'touristy' restaurants meant we could eat in peace without someone trying to sell you sunglasses or roses. The staff were very attentive and made suggestions for the number of tapas dishes to order (we ordered 5 dishes between 2 of us). The meal was very reasonably priced considering the quality, service and atmosphere. The restaurant was lit up by beautiful fairy lights and live music was played on a Spanish guitar. So glad we found this place, and if I'm ever back I'd happily eat here again. Thank you very much for a lovely meal.
