Me and my boyfriend recently stayed in this hotel. It was so clean, great size room, beautiful view of the sea and perfect location from the beach and bars. It's great for couples, especially couples that like a few drinks in the evening or a dance. Definitely recommend the water park Siam park. It's 34 euros per adult but it was so worth it. There's a bus not far from the hotel but the taxi was about 7 euros to get there. Hotel staff were so lovely. We got champagne and breakfast, what more could you want?! Only downside would be that we had twin beds instead of a double. And no fridge as It was 25 euros for the 'mini bar' aka fridge, as we were only breakfast it was a tad annoying. Definitely recommend taking a trip to where the hard rock is, beautiful place and lots to do :)

A good standard 4 star hotel, clean and well kept. we asked for least walking for our hotel room and we were opposite a lift so they did take notice of request. All the rooms have sea views & the pool is heated and good for a non swimmer like myself. Loungers good and seating o.k. in the evening but one had to get there early for a central seat for the entertainment. The entertainment was fairly good most evenings. Music then a professional acts. Varied. first night we had a magician and we also had jugglers and Flamenco dancers. A very good standard of performers.A nice atmosphere.
Staff generally very nice and helpful.
But 1 member of the serving staff at the bar, he was the head man taking the drinks order
he was not nice. A mistake was made & the wrong wine was given to my husband and when my husband queried this, he went back to the head man and he came over and he was not pleased and very reluctantly changed the wine and bill. Afterwards he was very cool towards us and that made an atmosphere. We were half board and the food was mostly good.

Room Tip: Front not a low floor. overlooking pool can have noise until 11.30ish from entertainment.

A very good hotel right infront of beach, 5 min walk to Veronica strip,
The hotel lacks in service , u need to pay for everything in hotel eg. 25euros for using refrigerator with couple of water bottle and beer bottles that's disgusting, 1 euro to check the weight of luggage they rip u.

stayed at Troya on 6th June for a week. Perfect location beside beach and several excellent eating places but no noise in hotel rooms. The pool area is very nice, large and clean. This hotel is excellent value for money but please do not compare it with any of the H10 hotels or Riu Palace or Mediterranean Palace etc. as they are all far superior in every aspect, you get what you pay for. The food is the only major fault with this hotel. It is of a school canteen/workplace standard. Plenty of it but bland, tasteless and insipid. Do not go half board as you can eat out locally for the same price difference. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
To sum up - A good, basic 3 star hotel in an excellent location.

Room Tip: avoid room 360 at all costs|
