Stayed here for a week all inclusive from July 1st - 8th/9th because of flight times, booked with Jet2. Travelled as a group of 3 girls aged 21. Approx 20/30 minute transfer, perfect.
Aparthotel was spotless - gardeners maintaining grounds every day, cleaners in rooms making and changing beds, as well as providing fresh towels every day.
All staff encountered were very friendly, professional and efficient, though the older male bar staff started to become a little too friendly towards the end of the week!
We had a one bedroom apartment in A block which overlooked the small 'heated' pool - stunning view with the sea in the distance. Everything within the room worked and was more than we needed, with a kitchenette. Going back to the 'heated' pool - apparently heated to 24 degrees, it was a little chilly to say the least, though was clean and never busy so was not a problem at all.
Food in the hotel was of typical variety and standard of other all inclusive foods I have experienced, we never went hungry and always found something hot which suited.
Hotel facilities are very good, there are plenty of sun beds at both pools, with the ones at the smaller pool not chained up and comfier. Entertainment throughout the week that we stayed was pretty funny, simply because it was so so terrible! Though good effort to the people involved, they clearly do try, its just so bad its good, and after a few visits to the bar everything becomes funnier! Entertainment and pool activities seem to be managed by one man who totally loves himself, but does an alright job. Kids club looked dire so would not recommend this aparthotel for families looking for lots to do for kids.
Only given this 4*'s because of a few little niggles which if acted upon would have made our holiday and the hotel itself a 5* experience - The bar area located at the small pool should be open, its a lovely space/area and its a shame its going to waste. However I understand this would require extra staff etc. Maybe adding a wifi area or wifi to the rooms would be a bonus, though going on holiday is about escaping from the world for a bit, so this wasn't an issue. Lastly, an additional ceiling fan within the one bedroom apartments, maybe in the actual bedroom would be good, though there are superior one bed apartments with air conditioning available for additional costs, would consider booking one next time, though this may compromise balcony view which was simply stunning.
We came across one cockroach while staying here - it was just chilling on the wall high up on our balcony, not causing any problems so we didn't see this as an issue.
The area which the aparthotel is in is perfect, with lots of shops within 5 minutes walking distance. The front of the hotel is accessible from a quiet shopping centre (more a bunch of shops within a building, isn't busy at all), though the gates are locked at night and are only passable with a room key, so the grounds are secure. A security guard also wanders about the hotel grounds from about 10pm which is very good.
To summarise, we would happily return to this hotel, either as a group or with boyfriends or family, without hesitation because of the location, standard of cleanliness and over all experience which we had during our stay. Would defo recommend! Don't believe the negative reviews.
