We stayed at H10 for two full days and one night and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel and facilities were good and extremely clean. I had seen lots of comments about the disadvantages of not being in the Privilege Club, but this really wasn't an issue. The food was plentiful, but it's never going to be of gourmet standard with mass catering. The pool was lovely, but I was surprised there was no shallow end, given the number of young children at the hotel. However, no-one seemed to have an issue with it. The free shuttle bus into other resorts was very handy. My only gripe was the prices at the bar - 9.10 euros for a gin and tonic! This meant we went elsewhere for drinks. I would recommend this hotel to others - just avoid the bar !

+first of all got to room and the balcony door only opened 2 ft, and of course the air conditionong didn"t work, so had to wait for someone to fix it. we had to register our credit card to pay for the drinks with the meals, needless to say there was no price list on the table, and when we got one it was a big shock!! also we got a receipt which was not itemised, and was unreadable. The food was awful, everything I tried was cold!! As it was a family holiday for our 50th wedding anniversary,my daughter and husband ate out after the first night. they did not cater for children, and the dining room was like a canteen with people lining up for self service.Thomas Cook sold this holiday as 5 * it was more like 3 * and I have been in better.also the room was crawling with ants. I have never complained about any hotel before but the price I paid was a total rip off

We stayed in this hotel for 11 miserable days from 7th October 2013. The room,in fairness was ok. The pianist in the piano bar( Yasmina) was brilliant. The canteen, laughingly known as a restaurant, was very poor. Breakfasts were passable except for the numerous dirty tables that were not tidied for up to an hour. Not enough staff.
Dinner was appalling. We ate out on a number of occasions. There was a Gala Diner which we missed, thank goodness, because of a lack of choice on the menu. No buffet that night, a blessing maybe, until you were told that the choices for the main course were rabbit or fish. Rabbit? As a choice of two? Only an insane chef or a glut of rabbit could be the reason for this.
There was no pats of butter for three days. When we asked for butter the response was 'Eet is finished'. We did enjoy a particular bottle of red wine. On the fourth day we were told 'Eet is finished'. My wife thought she would play it safe one night and had a stir fry. She waited for 30 minutes in a queue of 2 people.
Dining in the hotel was not a pleasurable experience.
There is no easy access to the outside pools so it is difficult to get in and out especially if you are not agile. There is no shallow part and anyone not over 5ft. 7ins cannot put there feet on the pool bottom.
For 550euros extra we could have aspired to the Privilege class but didn't fancy throwing away more good money after bad so we stayed with the underprivileged.
What a shame it is so bad when the location is good.
Never again.

The hotel complex is large and sprawling - it had the feel of a tourist hotel rather than a 4-5 star luxury experience. The food wasn't bad, the rooms reasonably large. Pool was cold for my liking and one thing that I found odd, was that the pool floor was covered in matts - no doubt easier to maintain and probably to hide blemishes.
As I say a reasonable hotel, but unmemorable otherwise.

Just arrived home from a week-long stay at this fairly impressive looking hotel but all is not as it first appears.
Booking in at reception slow and unfriendly.
Room 248 nice enough but later we were to discover was swarming with what we think of were ants and it took the staff more than 24 hours to spray the room. 2 days before we were due to leave we discovered that the balcony door didn't lock - not good when on one of the lower floors.
All inclusive does not mean all inclusive here:-
3 Euros per day for the safe.
2 Euros per person per day for tea and coffee facilities in the room
4 Euros per person per day for bath robes
4 Euros per day to park your hire car
Free Wi fi only available for 6 days.
Bbq one evening but had to pay 15 euros each.
In addition you had to pay to use the a la carte restaurant (Unless you paid 25 Euros per person per day to be a privilege guest).
You were not allowed coffee from the Nespresso machine at breakfast or to have fresh fruit juice unless you are privilege. The staff are supposed to come and serve you at the table with tea or coffee at breakfast however twice we didn't get served any because it appears the staff don't want to be bothered and on 3 other occasions only got some because we stopped a waitress on her way past us.
The food was disgusting, vegetables when you could find any were cold/lukewarm. Much of the food was greasy and unappetising and very few choices. We mostly ate out elsewhere for lunch and for dinner after feeling unwell on our 3rd day - possibly food related. One evening I had steak and it wasn't just rare it was RAW! On our second evening they closed down the buffet for a 'Gala Dinner' menu included cream of asparagus soup, vegetable parcels, main course of either stuffed rabbit or mackerel (we ate elsewhere) Rabbit was a frequent menu offering.
The food in the snack bar isn't any better. Offerings of pizzas (soggy and undercooked) French fries (arrived cold) salads and sandwiches .If you want a baguette or potato wedges you have to pay extra unless you are privileged - 3.50 euros each.
When we went to the bar we were told to go and sit down to get served - we waited 50 minutes on one evening and the beer was flat and warm.
Entertainment - what entertainment? One evening consisted of a man standing by the stage for 1 hour holding an owl. There were a couple of singers who needn't bother applying for Spain's Got Talent because they didn't have any. The rest aren't even worth mentioning.
On our last night there was not hot water so we had to shower with COLD WATER.
This holiday is advertised in the Thomas Cook Ultimate Style brochure as 5* and the hotel signage says 4*. How they managed to get 4 stars is beyond me. We have been to far better 3* hotels in the past.
In previous reviews the response has been that they will address the issues but believe me they have not and as long as they can get away with it they will continue penny pinching.
If you are considering this hotel for your holiday then look again at the bad reviews and book somewhere else.

My wife and i stayed at this hotel in August, We had a great time, the hotel is quite large but there is plenty of space in all areas. We booked the privilege package and this is a great option. It allows you to use the sun loungers, jacuzzi's etc in an area that is sectioned off from the main pools, this is a more relaxing area with excellent service from the hotel staff. Every hour or so they gave us cold drinks, fresh fruit, cold towels and cooling sprays. There is also a privilege area in the hotel lobby with drinks, papers and a TV

We could not fault the service from the staff in all area's of the hotel, they were all very friendly and efficient. The restaurants served great food from pizza's to roast duck. We booked half board but you can choose between breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner, you can make your mind up on the day.

The room was really good with a large balcony and a great view, It had all the usual facilities you would expect from a good hotel including a Nespresso coffee machine. (there are also Nespresso machine around the hotel which are avaliable with the privilege package).

We booked this holiday quite late with letsgo2, they have always been really helpfull and given us great advice. We have used letsgo2 for many hoidays and have always received first class service, everything has always gone according to plan with no problems. I will be using them again for our next holiday as soon as i can.
