We recently got back from a stay at this hotel booked on an all inclusive basis which was a big mistake. The hotel itself looked appealing on first impressions, booked a sea view and had to change room due to constant generator noise and an infestation of ants by the bed. The worst thing about the hotel was the main restaurant including the quality of food and the service. The restaurant reminded several guests of that of a staff canteen all tables in a row crammed in. The food was very poor and left us no alternative but to eat out. Often on the evening was reheated dried up dishes including reheated chips with a sauce on them! Lack of waiting staff and often you were kept waiting to get a table cleared to eat. Around the pool was littered with plastic glasses left lying around. Tried to complain with no success. Taking it further. Such a shame with the right management team showing passion and care it truly could be like other H10 hotels I have experienced.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week mid March 2014, we're in our mid 20's and thought it was a great hotel.

We've been to other H10 hotels in the Canary Islands so we knew it was essential to go Privilege. With Privilege you get every perk in the place! This hotel definitely gave us the most perks from our other holidays! Best bit had to be the Privilege lounge for Priv guests only! Area in reception through a set of glass doors (swipe room card for entry) free drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic - beers, wines, champagne, premium vodka, rum, the list goes on! A wide range of soft drinks and still water too! Nibbles and crisps available aswell! You could go in here at any time between 0800-0000 and drink as much as you wanted, it gave an all inclusive feeling to the holiday, even though we weren't all inc! Highly highly recommend it! This isn't forgetting the Priv area down by the tennis courts, roped off area with comfortable sun loungers and 4 poster beds, while down here you will be served complimentary drinks and snacks by the priv host throughout the day! It added a great touch to the holiday and made it feel that bit more special! Very relaxed atmosphere and get a good view of the paraglyders landing on the beach a few metres in front of you.

Room had everything we needed, we were there on a half board basis but mostly had breakfast and lunch (you can swap dinner for lunch). As we were Priv this entitled us to eat in the Al a Carte, this personally didn't appeal to us that much as the menu was quite posh with lots of seafood etc.

Other reviews say that everything is extra etc. If you pay that little bit extra and go for Privilege, everything is included, free access to everything in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful aswell.

The hotel is situated right at the edge of the resorts in Adeje, but a 10-15min walk along the coastal path and you're in the centre of Adeje itself with lots of restaurants, cafe's and bars! They do run a free bus right down to Las Americas although we never needed to use it. Across the road from the hotel is a small shopping centre type place, it has a few restaurants, a supermarket (hyperdino), couple of botiques and a pharmacy. Highly recommend Jade Stone steak house which is one of the restaurants there - excellent food and friendly staff. There is also a Bar which shows the football if you're looking somewhere to catch an important match.

There are always taxi's in the layby right outside hotel so its never any trouble jumping in and heading down the resort to another area. (Go to Safari Shopping Centre/strip in Las Americas - unbelievable, made for the rich)

Wifi is free for us throughout the hotel but you only really get full signal in the Priv lounge.
When checking out they can be quite slow at the priv desk where you have the option to check out as its only one person at a time. We found it quicker heading up to the main desk.

Hope this review was helpful, and remember, pay that extra bit and go Privilege, you won't regret it.

We stayed between 15 and 22 March on a half-board basis.

A perfectly good hotel in a pleasant location. The landscaping was particularly well done. The staff were certainly friendly but not always helpful to the same degree. The room was large and quite stylish. The bathroom looked a bit tired and could do with a refurb.

The meals were buffet-style. The standard was acceptable but no more. Given the numbers being catered for there were rarely queues, even at breakfast time, which is usually the acid test.

My main complaint has been raised by other reviewers and that is the 'everything is extra' approach. I found it annoying that the hotel has adopted the budget airlines business model of charging for everything above basic provision. A cost per day for a kettle or room safe or swim in a heated pool seems penny-pinching. For me it took the edge off a pleasant stay.

I am sure shut away in a dark dungeon somewhere is a team of accountants coming up with new ways to make guests pay for something they had assumed came free as part of the expectation of simply being a guest.

We won't be returning to the Palace or any other hotels in the H10 group.

I must admit that overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel. A very good standard of accommodation, plenty of pool space and a sizeable range of food choice each night. It's at the quieter end of town, so if you like walking into las Americas this is for you. You need to walk about 15 mins to get to the hub of costa adeje , but that was good for us. Internet was below par. It did take us about 2 days to connect in the main reception and nothing in the rooms. One connected it seemed to find the wifi easier. The free bus is good , and takes you into las Americas if your not fond of walking. One final point, the receptionist , on arrival, tried to get us to upgrade to a room with a pool view, as in her words, "because they were quiet in this period and we're available". My thoughts are if there are better rooms available and empty for the week then give me one for free instead of putting me in a room facing a building site! Not good customer relations.

we have stayed here twice and both times we have really enjoyed our stay.
the only thing that needs to be improved is the wifi, there is no wifi in the rooms and in reception and pool area it comes and goes the whole time.
the location is ideal, its nice and quite and yet close enough to playa de las americas and the is a free bus.
prices at the pool are very reasonable.

We stayed for 10 days in Feb/March 2014 and had the most wonderful time. We are both disabled travellers with 2 disability scooters. We could reach all parts of the hotel without difficulty including the Privilege areas. The hotel had no disabled rooms at all which is a substantial fault these days and which we brought to the management's attention - Patricia in Privilege (to her credit) took our suggestions very seriously. The food was excellent and frequently replenished. We thoroughly enjoyed the A La Carte restaurant although I believe the breakfast in the main restaurant is better with far wider choice. The pools and outside areas were immaculate although sun loungers are far too low for me to use and boy, the seats are hard after a while. The staff were always obliging and are keen to ensure that guests have a wonderful, relaxing time. We shall return.

Room Tip: We had room 438 which is nearest reception and on the same floor. It was perfect but there was quite...

This was our third stay at the H10 Adeje Palace, this time we stayed for four weeks and never tired of the wonderful food. It was frequently replenished and still looked good at end of service. The show cooking provided a good variety of cooked to order dishes from grilled meats and fish to pastas and stirfries at dinner, with omlettes, fried eggs, pancakes and freshly cooked bacon at breakfast not to mention the bakery corner with all sorts of breads, croissants etc. I agree with the comments others have made regarding rooms above the service area. We had one such room and although lovely having been refurbished we requested a move and were given an alternative the next day. All in all a great holiday to a lovely Hotel with very professional staff in all departments.

Room Tip: Top floor overlooking La Caleta gets the evening sun.
