I've just arrived back from here and can honestly say this is not a true All Inclusive hotel.
On arriving from a stressful trip from UK the hotel told us they were fully booked. We were taxied to another hotel and told to come back the next day at 12am. We did and the room was ready an hour later. They compensated us with free pool towels, safe key, remote control, which should be included anyways and a free go in the sauna which we never used.
I reported this to the Thomas Cook guy with no outcome.
They only open one bar at a time with one or two serving. This results in queuing. Also I was in a Premium drinks room and was constantly asked if the drinks were for me or other guests.
There is a very noisy night club near the hotel. My check out was 4am and the music was still loud.
People reserve sun beds early so if you can't beat them join them!!!
The entertainment is outside and can be a bit chilly.
On the whole I did enjoy my holiday but felt I should air my views.

Arrived at hotel on 01.06.13 and were checked in quickly. Hotel very clean, rooms cleaned every day and staff very friendly. Food excellent with plenty of choice to suit all. The only issues we had was that at dinner time when busy sometimes it was near the end of our meal before we got served a drink, it would perhaps be better if non alcoholic drinks were self service. Reception staff very helpfull, especially Helen who organised a birthday cake for our daughter's 12th birthday. This even had her name on it and was delivered to the room. Helen also was helpfull in organising keeping the room on as we had a late night flight and phoned for our taxi to airport. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far and look forward to returning in the future.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view

We stayed here 3 nights in a junior suite which we booked online direct with the hotel. Wow! It was very spacious and well furnished, with stunning views.This hotel is in a good location, as we knew from having stayed nearby before. The food was amazing, there was so much to choose from! The hot chicken soup was a demon - but definitely recommended if you can take the heat.

We found the whole experience to be fantastic value for money and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Particular thanks go to Helen on reception for being so helpful, but the staff were all great. Next luxury break we have, we know where to come!

Room Tip: If you can, book a junior suite. The views to the other islands and both ways up and down the coast were amazing, and the jacuzzi was great.

Our location is one of the most mentioned advantages of the hotel, being situated close to the shopping centers, local bars and restaurants as well as to the beach and the beautiful walkway along the coastline of Adeje overlooking the sea and the two closest neighbor islands.

This hotel was everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. The food was delicious and a very varied menu. The sun beds there if required and a clean enviroment to sit and relax. The bedrooms very clean and as for the staff, so friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and bring my family. Brilliant location. Thank you Be LIve La Nina

Room Tip: The top floor was brilliant but I think all the rooms will get the sun at some time in the day

My wife and I are in our 50's so you can bear that in mind as you read this,
If you like a quiet holiday, this hotel is not for you. The music is very loud, Boom, Boom, Boom, around the pool during the day, as is the entertainment in the evening which is now being held outside around the pool area. From our room we got both the noise from the street and the entertainment.
We could not change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. For the same reason we were told we could not have a room extension but could shower in the Spa prior to our departure. Reception did give us clean towels to use at no cost.
The hotel does have a secure locker room to keep you luggage in on your departure day.
The pool gets quite crowded and whilst the hotel says 'don't reserve sunbeds' this goes unheeded by everybody, especially by the Brits. Pool towels are available from reception with a deposit of 10 euro each and a charge of 1 euro each time you want to change it.
They only have two bars however only one is open at a time. This was quite frustrating for us for when we wanted to be outside in the quiet of the evening only the indoor bar on a lower floor was open at the time. However we were told on leaving that only the pool bar will be open during the summer season. Women, it seemed, were often overlooked in favour of men when waiting to be served at the bar.
The hotel is somewhat tired and in need of repair in some rooms but both hotel and rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food of a reasonable standard. Helen, on reception, was particularly helpful.
If booking with Monarch be aware that your transfer time could take up to 1hour 25 minutes for that's what it took us on our return to the airport. I think a taxi would take 20 minutes max.
Would we return to this hotel? No, but would I recommend it to someone who likes a more lively hotel and resort? Yes I think I would.

Moreover, at Be Live La Nina the service orientation and personalized attention towards our clients are of prime importance, so we find it very nice to read that the service you received was friendly and helpful as our personnel do their best to go the extra mile in order to make our guests feel welcome and well attended at all times. Further we would like to apologize for the noise, for some guest our hotel is very quiet and for other is very noisy, we try to find the best way to satisfy everyone but sometimes we cannot, but it fills us with pride to hear that although because of our features you will recommend us to other guest ¡thank you very much!

Finally, we hope that your stay was as pleasant as it could possibly be, and we would be enchanted to may accommodate you again in the near future at other Be Live hotels such as "Be Live Playa La Arena" or "Be Live Orotava".
