Just returned from 2 weeks in Panorama and could find fault. The room we had had a sea view and was spotlessly clean. We travelled on a package with Jet2 Holidays and chose half board option, flights from Blackpool were great and transfer spot on. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent english. The breakfast and evening dinner option was plentiful if not a little repetitive at times, but very well presented and tasty.
A nice little bar and pool bar is available for drinks and snacks at reasonable prices.
The pool had plenty of sunbeds and is very well appointed, no music and lilos are allowed giving an air of tranquility throughout the day.
Rooms are serviced 5 days per week and if a bulb or anything goes the staff were on hand to sort it straight away.
Located on Calle Gran Bretagne which is on a hill it is between Adeje and Play Las Americas which are a nice stroll .Bars and restaurants are plentiful around the resort and the beaches can be accessed in a few minutes.
A great little hotel with excellent staff and would definately reccommend .
Also well done to Jet 2 Holidays for finding this little hotel at a great price.
Thank you especially to Sandra, Tanja and the young chap on the bar .......... thank you

Room Tip: Ask for sea view room , may cost a little extra but well worth it

This is like coming back to your Auntie's for a holiday. Warm welcomes all round (have to give a real special mention to Louis and the Boss) and a simple level of Customer care without there being a great fuss.
Weather was the worst we've seen in over 20 years, with San Eugenio main drag being too deep for even the traffic on our last but one day, shops closed, electricity lost in certain areas, and few restaurants and bars even trying to open. Not much point as few people strayed out, so we had much of the front to our (foolish) selves.
Roll on next October.

just stayed in a 1 bed apartment for 1 week and found the décor quite dated and the beds very firm ,very good location within easy reach of most things and fairly quiet, nice pool but charged for sunbed covers ,only stayed b and b and the breakfast was good with a good selection ,wifi only in reception unless you want to pay extra and you have to pay for a room safe , most of reception staff were very good and helpful.

Had a really good week in these apartments. Well away from any noisy bars but no more than a ten minute walk to some good restaurants and places to drink. There are a couple of nice beaches within easy walking. The hotel has a nice pool and plenty of space to sunbathe, but get there early as the sun doesn't cover the whole area all day. If you want to lay in the sun all day get a spot on the right hand side looking from reception. The staff were really nice and helpful, I had B&B which was alright and made it easier but is a bit of a scramble as everyone appears to turn up between 9 and half past. As expected it is possible to leave the cases but the hotel also lends a towel to have a shower before coming back, nice touch.
Not all the rooms have a sea view so make sure you ask if one is available or you could end up with one that is facing the pool area only.
Very good well worth a stay and a return trip.

we stayed here in October half board and sea view studio. We were at eye level with apartments roof and could see the sea in the distant, not worth extra payment pool view would be much better and they have a balcony we had part of terrace divided by a wall about 2ft high wall. the room was very pokey, wardrobe room less than single we had to put our clothes on settee. The pool was good plenty of sunbeds. the restaurant was lovely and we actually enjoyed the food (this is very unusual for us ) only problem was the toaster took forever. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: choose a pool view first floor
