A really nice hotel with everything you would need for a good holiday, Long flat promenade with restauants and shops. and easy access to the beach
The only drawback was they charge for WIFI the safe and to rent the minibar out empty
thought it was a bit mean.

Food good but I was a bit repetitive.Staff very friendly and helpfull

Room Tip: most of the rooms had a sea view, some were larger than the other

Just back from a 10 day holiday. we had a large spacious clean room with an enormous shower room and a balcony which got late afternoon & evening sun.Did have to ask for toiletries in room to be topped up on some days.Food was delicious and plenty of choice. Restaurant very busy but never had to wait to be seated at a table.Evening entertainment was excellent 2 adult shows a night from 9.15-11pm then disco afterwards.did find the drinks a bit pricey as was having to pay 4 euros a day for the fridge (only fit for a few small bottles) Dissapointed and annoyed that there was refurbishment of the pool going on and YES like previous comments WE WERE NOT INFORMED BY THOMSON either verbally or online prior to our stay. Had no problem finding a sunbed whatever time of the day. Found reception staff unwelcoming but full credit to the bar and restaurant staff who offered an excellent service.

Room Tip: room location is a bit of a lottery. avoid rooms 414 to 423 if you dont want excessive noise. these...

Huge dining room sometimes very noisy. Food ok. On our 3rd week of course became repetitive as was the entertainment. Had the odd change. I also felt the adult shows were on too late. The children's entertainment went on too long and presentation afterwards .

Room Tip: Would be best overlooking the sea but the lower rooms over look the promenade and people walk past h...

I e-mailed the hotel requesting the need for a suitable room after my husband had undergone major surgery a few months previously. What a lovely room!. This was granted with no problems and I cannot thank the staff of the hotel more for their helpfulness and kindness from cleaners to waiters and reception staff in fact nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone had a smile on their face. We were upgraded from half board to full board because one of the pools was being renovated which did not spoil our holiday at all with the remaining pool still being very pleasant to use and this certainly added to a carefree holiday of not having to even worry about lunch every day. We found the food always of good quality with a variety of dishes to choose from. We have stayed at the hotel many times in the past with its great location and accessibility and my only negative comment is happy hour which we find a little too early, whereas an hour later would be more accommodating when people could then go into dinner. We had a great holiday though and certainly will be back and looking forward very much to returning to this hotel. Can't wait!!!

Hotel was excellent, staff always friendly and polite.
A couple of issues the charge of 4 euro a day for a chilled drinks cabinet in the room, that cannot
make ice cubes is over the top. Then charging you 75 cents for a glass of ice at the bar does not
make for good customer relations.A four star hotel of this class should have a refrigerator in
every room as part of the fittings.(free of charge)>

Room Tip: Highest floor possible,

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. Standards just as good as the first time. The best rooms are those on the higher floors as you have a beautiful view of the sea. The bedrooms are basic but clean. Fresh towels everyday. Did find the beds a bit hard. The bathrooms have showers over the bath which could be awkward for some people getting in and out due to the position of the shower. You have to pay for the fridge in the room, we found that the drinks weren't that cold. Good selection of food for breakfast /dinner. One of the pools was getting a makeover so we were up graded to full board. We didn't see any difference in our final bill from last year when we went half board, so not sure if they had added the extra cost of upgrading everyone to full board onto the drinks/wines. Our last night was disappointing, we were looking forward to a bit of music after the shows so we could have a dance etc.. but they put on football on a big screen. They had a TV room with 2 TVs already showing the matches so why they felt they had to play it in the princess bar also was a bit bewildering. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We did have a great holiday all in all and probably will be back .

Room Tip: ask for a higher room

Arrived at this hotel late at night, and allocated a room on the ground floor , and woke next morning with lots of mosquito bites , we could have been warned about this by the hotel or the Thomson rep, The following evening we went to bed after making sure sliding door was closed only to find door open and my husbands wallet stolen from his back pocket in trousers over sofa.
We found the reception staff less than helpful to us after this traumatic experience as we had all our money stolen & we had to make our own way to police station a taxi ride away, we needed to get money from our credit card. The new room we where allocated was probably the noisiest in hotel directly above entertainment room. The "Public Relations Officer" at hotel really wasn't bothered by our plight nor was the Thomson rep . Could have been a good holiday if only they had shown a little bit of compassion

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor, although lifts are very busy and you have a long wait for them
