Stayed at hotel 18-25 feb and must say was pleased in general. If you want better PAY MORE for your holiday. For what you pay it is a good deal , bit frayed round the edges and at our time of staying had a very old age group staying pretty much from all over Europe. Food was great drinks fine and quickly served, staff pleasant and helpful.
Location is great which is handy as biggest downside is entertainment, one guy Lucas busts a gut to do his best but obviously has no budget to work with but still a lovely guy.
We had room 413 which is in a seperate block of 4 rooms behind the pool bar ,this helped make the holiday as room was huge with great balcony looking out to sea
All in all its the old you get what you pay for and we (2 adults 2 kids) were more than happy if fussy dont go, pay more and stay elsewhere or do as we did use hotel as a great base and go out to some of the great bars nearby where beer is around 1.50 euro on average.

Room Tip: Anything below 4th floor you will probably be below ground level we booked early and ended with a gr...

Stayed here for a week at the end of January room 807, hotel is just up from the San Eugenio CC with plenty of bars and shopping within easy reach . Hotel itself is at best a 3star a bit dated in areas with the wooden tables and chairs in the dining area but food itself was enjoyable with plenty of choice .we stayed on an all inclusive basis which was fine beer was local beer Riena and spirits were all locally produced also ,cant remember what the vodka was but it was awful, never had vodka that tasted so bad .Breakfast was served from 8am to 10am , Lunch was 13.00 to 14.30 and dinner was 1830 to 2130 snacks are available at the pool bar from 10.00 to 13.00 and 16.00 to 18.00 Maid service is carried out 5days a week with NO service on a Friday and a Sunday. If you fancy staying here go for a sea viewing room a we did we had some great views from the 8th floor which is the top of the hotel .My view of the hotel was that it was very clean ,in a good location , food was edible and there are plenty of choice bars on your doorstep .We made or base the Irish Rover which is same side of hotel as you come out turn right and walk 200 yards pricing is there is excellent on both the beer and spirits. You got a bucket with 6 Budweiser and ice for 10 euro and Smirnoff and mixer for 3.50 euro with them giving you two for the price of one between 6pm and 11pm .Saw a few good acts there which normally come on around 11pm and play for an hour the bar itself was open to 4am Happy days ! As long a your not expecting 5star facilities at the hotel you will be fine take my word for it .

Room Tip: Pay the extra and get a sea viewing room you wont regret it

Stayed here for a week, was on 5th floor studio apt,we had no view at all as there was trees right in front of us.room was clean apart from a few cockroaches .The bar staff wasn't very quick to serve you as they was more interested on playing on there phones or talking .they wasn't bothered about cleaning the tables as they was always dirty or marked by the outside pool area. The food was alway the same mainly always chips at night,it was eatable and warm that's about it.will not be staying again

The hotel is what it says 3 stars, the rooms are a little dated but clean and tidy, and very quiet. Ours is spacious and we have excellent views of pools and sea. As far as I am concerned the hotel is very good value for money, good location, the food edible and at end of day there are some excellent reasonable restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. We are enjoying our holiday at the Villa de Adeje Beach. Rachel R. UK 20.2.14

Was here 8-13feb , hotel old but clean , got a room on floor looking onto tall railings , no view , bedroom window looks onto hall , food ok but nearly always cold , bit of a climb from seafront as hotel on hill , staff very nice and helpful , never seen the entertainment as usually out or in room , hallways noisy and always doors banging , u have to pay to watch tv !!! No aircon in rooms but cool anyway as sun could not get near room , ps watch out for people giving u blue envelopes as it's a scam to get £2000 then £3000 out of you for timeshare , there office below La Niña hotel and around corner in a small building with yellow roof , keep away at all costs , we were luck and got out money back cos we were still there
