Asked for an upper floor but received a ground floor that look like a rat trap and that's putting it politely. Staff would not make any comprises bye putting me in a room simmler to what I asked for in the first place.so I had to seek different accommodation over the road at laguna park 1 which was more than willing to accommodate my needs. Do not even contamplate staying at the hotel above

Just came back from 11 night All Inclusive - hotel lovely and clean and lovely smell after our rooms were cleaned - but the bed my son had who is 13 - classed as an adult was a simple fold up bed which broke twice and was uncomfortable so were our beds, great pool/depth. Staff very friendly and efficient, especially pool member of staff who organised aqua exercises, table tennis, bowling etc. Food was ok but could have been more variety, salads were lovely but little choice of sweets but could get burgers, hot dogs, cheese toasties, pizza at pool bar between 11-1 and 4-6. People put towels on beds early so followed suit to ensure a bed - received morning wake up calls 7.30am etc from folks slamming doors and people talking so loud when walking along corridors, some folks just need to have consideration for others. Would suggest asking for a pool view as our view was poor. Great location for bars, restaurants, beach etc and plenty sports activities etc. Bit of variety in taxi fares twice we came back from Veronica's in playa de Americas, one fair was 4.8 euros and another time it was 7 euros, expect taxis meters to be standard. Felt we did not get benefit of first day as arrived 8.59pm was told we had a minute to go to restaurant if we wanted something to eat bearing in mind restaurant closed 9pm - did not take that offer up and on day of leaving we were stripped of All inclusive tag at 12pm lunchtime but were not leaving until 4 20pm - so we did not get dinner a little unfair - good tip let adults check out and kids still have bands on to take advantage of all inclusive. Bought bottle of water from shop for 0.50 cen then asked for one at pool bar tried to charge us 1.50 euros.but he accepted 1 euros, could have got two for pro e of one from shop. Overall fair place for fair price.

Room Tip: Suggest pool/sea view

We visited this hotel for 1 week .We looked at the reviews of this hotel because there was so many bad reports on it. We went All inclusive at this hotel. The food was lovely with a different variety everyday and i think it was cooked to a good standard. There was snacks available at the pool bar which opens at 10am. You never have to fight for sunbeds. They are always available throughout the day. The rooms are also kept clean. The only thing that was bad in the room was no air conditioning. We was on the 3rd floor of the hotel which was ok but we had bars in front of us. We could still see the view of the sea and other hotels. We was hardly in the room anyway so it didn't really matter. The entertainment wasn't that great but it's more for 10/11 years and below. There were plenty of shops and pubs around the hotel and the beach. The beach was about a 10 minute walk. Some people have put so many bad reports on this hotel when it really isn't bad! Some people are extremely fussy and just expect everything to be 100%.The staff are very friendly and helped us all chose our day trips out. We attended 'Siam park, Loro parque, and a boat trip for whale and dolphin spotting in the sea. Siam park was good but you have to wait for a long time to get on a ride because of the amount of people there. Loro parque was the best trip we attended. It kept us all entertained throughout the day and the shows were amazing. We all had a great time and i think it's worth the money.

Room Tip: Get a room 3rd floor or above.

Hotel was ok but food is not suitable for vedgetarians. Great facilities apart from jacuzzi with mold all over but good for small families. Shops around are also good with about 3 pubs that do €1 pints

Room Tip: Ask for room on floor 4 or above to avoid getting a underground apartment

We have just come back from this hotel and thought it was a great place overall to stay tho there were afew little surprises. The hotel it self was very clean at all times with your room being cleaned 5 days out of 7 breakfast was most defiantly the best meal of the day with a big selection of what ever you wanted. The lunch & evening meals were very hit and miss all depends on your tastes really . The big hit with the kids was the pool bar where they could have all the wanted in ice creams cheese toasties burgers etc so if you do avoid the lunchtime menu the kids won't go hungry. The staff right from the chamber maids to the life guard were all friendly and would be very helpful this includes all other staff on site. The negatives because of the intense heat of tenerife it is advisable to get a parasol to shield you from the sun between the hours of 1 and 5 but the hotel do charge you 5euros a day for this which I feel is abit harsh and the other negative is the all inclusive on your day of departure your wristbands are cut off from midday so if you do have a late flight be aware as if you want to carry with the all inclusive they will charge you 17.50 euro per person iv never known that before with other hotels iv stayed in. Overall I would recommend this hotel great place to stay 10mins from the beach shops and bars great swimming pools and excellent staff I would say more like a four star hotel not the 3 it is given . So anybody booking will have a great time just like me and my family did

Room Tip: Ask for a poolside veiw that's the best room to get

first time all inclusive, bit wary. found the hotel pretty good for food and drink. reception on 4th floor which is confusing if not told. we were under the pool area with a great view of a wall with bars. at reception for a safe key when the delightful wee spanish lassie arranged for a room with a pool view for us ,nice one. did have an unwelcomed guest of the roach kind as they can be a bugger at night, but found the place clean enough.the entertainment guy was a scream.....aquajeem.

Room Tip: get 4th floor or above if possible

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin it provides an all inclusive holiday that is good for value. Ok it's not a 5 star hotel or service but for the price you can't knock it.
3 pools that during the school holidays were never full a fantastic sun terrace around the pools with artificial grass that was safe for the kids.
My kids ate the food that was provided without moaning as there was always a good choice. Unlimited drinks and ice cream from 10am till 11pm.
Would go again as the kids loved it and as any parent knows if the kids are happy then the holiday is easy
