The strangest hotel I have ever seen, I will explain below in the negative points.
I was struggling whether to put it as a Very good rating or a Average rating. Wasn't easy decision to make.
THE POSITIVES:
-Very nice rooms, spacious and ours even had a kitchen! Hallway was quiet, liftsvstairs, everything you expect from a decent hotel and more.(we stayed in their biggest suite)
-Very nice restaurant, lots of different table sizes for different guest sizes, singles, couples, families ect.
-Park outside for children
-Very pleasant and helpful staff
-Easy check out and check in.
NEGATIVE POINTS
- They often close during public holidays, for example Christmas, new year easter holidays ect ect Its the first hotel in the world I ever hear closes during holiday seasons!
-The booking process is odd, they only accept bookings direct with the hotel via email.
Everything is don't in email. A little bit strange, they sometimes cant tell you on the phone if they have a room or not, they have to wait for your email and credit card details, and THEN look to see if there is a room available!!!
-Childrens outside play park is just meters from the VERY busy main road with speeds of 70km.
-Reception area is very tiny, so if you are checking in our out with other guests you all struggle to find a waiting spot.
-Lifts are too small, a small family would have to take turns going up and down in the lifts
-No shopping mall within walking distance and nearest train station is at least a 35 minute walk.
-Price, way over priced for its location in the middle of nowhere but room quality tries to make up for that.
